Sorry to be the one who tells you this, but that money was never yours: "Not your keys, Not your coins".The other user had to wait for more than a year to get his case resolved so I wouldn't be surprised if you will have to wait that long too!

It ia better to use a noncustododial wallet, you will have the seed phrase and the private key with you and central authority like Freewallet and Coinbase will not have control over your coins. Noncustododial wallet are seed phrase or private key wallets.
Freewallet has been a scam wallet many years ago and people are to avoid the wallet but some people that are ignorant about it are still using it. Even people that are ignorant and not able to differentiate between custododial and noncustododial wallet are the ones using custodial wallet which people's account can be blocked.
