User can't withdraw coins, and Freewallet support ignores messages since JULY.

In July 2024, he discovered that he could not enter the wallet, which contained a rather significant amount for the user. He immediately wrote to the administration about this and they responded by asking them to send a screenshot. Next, the client received a notification that to authorize through the application he needed to enter a confirmation code. Almost 5 months have passed since then. The confirmation code never arrived.

As evidence, the victim sent us more than 20 messages of his correspondence with Freewallet support.

Freewallet, I know your read my messages. Instead of blocking stories we post on Freewalletreviews.org or Medium, you should help clients to withdraw their coins.
Don't you have any answers? Come on, show to everyone that I am lying. Let thos clients to withdraw their coins immediately and then say "Well, it was just a mistake, we are sorry". But I know you won't let ALL CLIENTS to withdraw coins because you stole their assets!

Unfortunately, they are not just dragging their feet in responding to customers. As soon as they see negative comments addressed to them, they immediately try to delete them, ban them, and distract the reader’s attention from them.

Just as an example, this client with ticket №500999 cant get his coins since July!
The victim provided the wallet administration with scans and photographs of documents and filled out a form. He recorded video several times to prove that the wallet really belonged to him. You can see for yourself in this screenshot how many messages were sent, and how the administration found fault with every little thing. But even this didn’t help.

Freewallet org didn’t let this client to withdraw coins!


We regularly notice that as soon as the wallet administration encounters negative mentions, it leaves complaints and tries to delete comments and reviews of the victims. This is a pointless endeavor. If you were not scammers, you would easily refute our accusations. The simplest way, for example, is to reconsider ticket №500999 and unblock this client’s wallet. This way you could improve your reputation at least a little.

But instead, you will choose to try to remove this material and others like it. It won’t work. Freewallet org is a scam. This application is designed to steal clients’ assets. And every day more and more people learn about it. We are talking not only about ordinary users, but also about law enforcement officers in different countries.

Freewallet administration loves to delete negative coimments.
At the same time, they claim that all our accusations are fiction and slander. Come on, show users that this is not so. 500430 is the ticket number of one of the victims. Explain why the client cannot withdraw his coins and does not have access to the account.
Why can't other clients whom I mentioned earlier in this and other threads receive money? Do not ignore the accusations, because I give examples of stories of real people with ticket numbers or at least details that will make it easy for you to understand who they are talking about. Give an answer, and don’t try to delete the truth that is unpleasant for you!

Friends, I opened an account on Free Wallet in 2017 and my balance of 0.7 Bitcoins was blocked there with an authentication trick. My question is that my account has the highest level of security and so far 60 emails have been exchanged between me and the support and I have sent any documents they wanted and as you know, registration is done with an email address and they have been corresponding with my email for 4 months and they used the trick of a security bug in your account and blocked my account. I have made a video and photos of all the steps in an emergency. I hope they realize their mistake and return my money.

Hello everyone, I'm stuck in a Free Wallet authentication loop that never ends because every time they get errors in the documents and ask me to resend them. They've been trying to trick me for 4 months and I haven't gotten any results. Thank you to my friends who are helping me get my money back from these scammers.

It would be better if all customer complaints were in one topic and newcomers could see how many users have encountered KYC fraud)
Try to describe in detail what exactly you encountered (when you noticed the blockage, what the correspondence with support was about), add screenshots (it’s better to erase personal data). This will look convincing and the wallet representative will not be able to write standard phrases like “send us the ticket number and we’ll figure it out”

Hello friends, I fell into the Free Wallet authentication loop and this is a new scam tactic that they all ask for your authentication documents and this loop repeats again and you get no results. Please help me, friends, so I can get my assets back from these scammers.

Why blockchain and coinbase? You don't have control with your own private key. Better go with Electrum for pc or Mycelium for android, since you can have full control with private key on there.

that is a lesson to you because you like to use unkown wallets . i suggest youd better stick out to the popular ones such as blockchain , electrum , coinbase ,etc because these wallets are known to be safe and secure when compared to unpopular ones . but if you are still itching to try those risky wallets,  then youd better do a quick research about their souce or read out some reviews and feed backs about them to ensure that they are trully legit.

As being crypto lover and bitcoin supporter we must be wise, Its better to make research first about what wallet we would like to use to stored our money, because we all knows that digital world is full of scammers so we need to be careful.

Its sad to heard that someone lost his money by using scam wallet.

Funny thing with the account to be active and made this post last 2017 he might or rather say she? could be a high ranking profile member now but don't know the reason why this account only have one post.

Some new wallet as today with free coins after creating your own be candidate also for scams one so I don't trust this wallets and exchange that state free free free and free.... There's no one hundred percent free as of today...

Looks like i'm another victim from freewallet! 

I made a Dogecoin transfer worth close to 3k and it never had
any other status the "sending". So it never even entered the Dogecoin network.

No matter how often i contact the support - they just copy paste me "the transfer will soon be completed".
But guess what, it has never been made!

I will not rest till i get my coins back and also inform the Apple store and the Google play store
to urgently remove this wallet app as they clearly seem to steal from users.

- There have been posts both in Twitter and on Facebook regarding current delays with the BTC network;
- Our support reps provide details on network related issues with transactions as well.

If you can think of other ways to convey this information to our users, please feel free to share it here. Posting a popup on the website doesn't help much as the majority of our users are using the apps for mobile devices, and all important notifications are posted on the main screen there, first-hand.
