We all expect that after yesterday defeat against PSG by Bayern in the UEFA champions league in what we perceived to be elimination in that campaign. the French best will be concentrating solely in the French lig 1 yes thats true but less we forget that PSG is not a consistent team and all hope should not be that high with them involved because of their unpredictable outcomes, this team have in it good world class players that ought to be giving the club good results but to no avail, I feel the manager should workout technicality on how to utilize his players effectively in their right wings in other to get it right.

By eliminating Paris Saint Germain from the Champions League, it will make them focus more on Ligue 1, and it will make other clubs uncomfortable because it is certain that they will appear more dominating than when Paris Saint Germain was still in the Champions League. For the umpteenth time, Paris Saint Germain has failed in this prestigious competition, which they really want to win there, they have even been eyeing it for many seasons. They have done everything they can, including buying many star players, but that has not made it easy for them to be able to realize what they have wanted so far.
Well, PSG in Ligue 1 is now confirmed to win the title but unfortunately, PSG has been eliminated from the Coupe de France so PSG at this moment no longer has a lot of pressure. Bayern is too strong for PSG. League 1 already lost its candidate in UCL. Messi has another chance next season if messi was still playing at PSG. PSG was not strong but bayern is. galtier was so mad with the result against bayern. The first goal was actually blunder by PSG's defender.

It's like Paris play with Thier 2nd team but after all didn't score. One of the most important matches of this week is Lille-Lyon on Friday. Lille need to win this match rather than Lyon. We can say that they have the home advantage. It would be sad for them to lose points in this match. It's a match they must win for sure, because rennes can lose points from auxerre. Rennes is out of form these days and auxerre needs to get points if they don't want relegation.
If we look at the statistics in the last five matches of these two teams. both Lille and Lyon, have the same statistics. they have three wins, one loss, and in the last game these two teams, both got a draw. Lille was held to a draw by Lens, meanwhile, Lyon was unable to get maximum results when they hosted counter Loirent.
But for sure, both teams both need full points in this match. although in fact, Lille has the advantage as the home team. but to subvert Lyon, is not an easy matter. because, Lyon will provide a fierce resistance for the home team. besides that, in the last two meetings between these two teams in two different competitions. I totally agree with your point. The midfield has nothing to do with PSG's attack. PSG's midfield is very weak. It is very difficult for a striker to score without the help of midfielders. Galtier could not strengthen his team's midfield. If the bonding between the team players is not strong, the overall performance of the team is not stable. The relationship between Neymar and Mbappe was also very visible. If there is infighting between the players, the performance deteriorates. PSG's defense was quite good against Bayern Munich. But they lost due to poor performance of midfield and forward.
In the end the season remained the same as before with them eliminated in the last 16 and could only focus on Ligue 1 as before.There is nothing interesting about this anymore because the Ligue 1 champion has also been decided even before the Champions League starts and nothing is interesting for PSG either because everything is the same as the previous season.

The overall performance of the PSG team was not good against Bayern Munich today. They lost 2-0 and were eliminated from the Champions League. Although Messi's performance is slightly better, I don't see a better performance than Mbappe in this match. A better performance was expected from Mbappe in such an important match.
PSG could not even score a goal. They lost both home and away matches. There are many star players on the team. Yet their performance is poor. PSG management should have appointed an experienced coach for the Champions League. Galtier was not experienced enough. And the PSG team got the result very well.

Auxerre vs Rennes

but the thing that makes me sure of betting for rennes is their first meeting this season which Rennes feasting on goal at that time. I believe this will be a good capital for them to beat Auxerre in the match later. from the predictions of the gambling house, I found that some of them favored Rennes to get out of this match.

I'm not sure what they are going to do with their coach but right now they are not in a good mental situation because of the game they lost against Bayern Munich however they have now focused on French League and this can be a guarantee to say PSG will finish the season in the first position of the table. But Since they didn't get good results we they should get especially in the champions league maybe they will think about hiring another coach for next season.

Auxerre current form is surely impressive, and they are having 9 points from last five games which are bringing them to 17th spot, and now they have chance for the pull out of the relegation zone which is going to be positive change for them in near future, but Rennes is also good team even their away form is not good, but they still can do better performance in this match for having better difference of points from Lille which is having just one points difference and if Rennes lost this match or have draw then surely they are going to catch them for this spot and Rennes can go out of the top race which is surely no ideal situation for them after giving the best performance in this season for many weeks. A good performance just from Mbappe and Messi won't by far be enough tonight. The whole team needs to stay concentrated and focused for 90 minutes and whatever comes on top. I think Bayern is the big favorite here, but if PSG wants to have a chance they will need to fix their issues regarding their focus. Often times they have some very strong 60 to 70 minutes of the game, but then there are those moments so often that they lose control over the game and mess up their great performance by losing focus for just small phases in the game, but if that happens against an opponent like Bayern Munich you usually get punished for it. Today we will have one team again so early on in the Champions League that is going to leave that international stage with a lot of disappointment. Getting kicked out at this stage is hard because these players live for the Champions League and the season is kind of over if you are out in early March.

As a team, Bayern are stronger than PSG and they have many seasons to participate in Champions League quarter final round. With PSG, it is very limited seasons they made it. So to win Champions League, PSG must play better and appear more regularly in quarter finals then they will have more chances to move farther to semi final and final matches. PSG did not play too bad even they did not play better than Bayern. They did have some opportunities to pull the aggregated result to equal for both but wasted all chances. They usually play tremulously in Champions League and again we saw it in the match. I did not know why Vitinha did not score goal in that situation that would be an easy goal for him and a very important goal for PSG.They relied too much on corner kick and Ramos actually created two dangerous headshots but lack of accuracy and luckiness to have goals. Generally PSG deserved to be out as they played worse than Bayern in two matches.

Bayern Munich secured the quarter-finals with a 2-0 win over PSG in the second round of the last sixteen. Today's match was really amazing. Despite PSG being so strong, they lost to Bayern Munich and had to leave. Who is every player at congratulation Bayan Munich?

After PSG eliminating from Champion League 16th round, right now not any Ligue 1 team participants left in Champion League and seems Ligue 1 still not compete for the European competition. The point gap is even only 6 points right now. Besides their recent head-to-head games also have been very close. I will be expecting another close game here. Lyon would be quite disadvantageous if they don't have Lacazette in this game. But as far as I can see he isn't injured anymore. I think we will see him in the starting eleven. Then Lyon should also be very effective about scoring goals. My first pick is both teams to score.

This game is of outstanding importance for Lyon given the standings in the Ligue 1 table. If they want to stay in range of the Europa League qualifiers, this is almost a must win game and at the very least a must not lose game. Seven points to Renne is still doable, but they would also stay in striking distance to OSC Lille if they tie this game or even better win that game. If they lose it the whole season is somewhat dead in the water. There is no risk that they get relegated into the French 2. league but also only little chance left that they can compete for the higher ranks anymore.
OSC Lille on the other hand could make a big step towards the Champions League qualifier as Lens is having problems right now and Monaco couldn't win the last two games either.
