I would guess that the biggest reason why they fail is that they are not used to the tournament style all that much. They are amazing in the league because even if they lose a few, they win more than enough. But, when it's tournament style, you can't make a comeback with a small time left if you are not used to it.

Plus, Real keeps playing against decent opponents, and there are some other teams like that too, but PSG keeps playing against teams that are much worse than them, which makes them a bit more lazy when playing because they are used to winning anyway. Same goes for City as well, so many years of dominating EPL and yet they fail in UCL so far.

I concur with you, the French football federation must put in a lot of effort to raise the standard of the French league in order for clubs from the French league to one day win the Champions League.
With City, it's different since, in my opinion, the English league is already extremely tough; the problem is that winning mindset at the international level is still absent.

PSG have signed two players so far and these are Vitinha and Nuno Mendes. They have spent 80 million euros in total but I don't have any doubt that they have much more money left in their budget. However they aren't rushing their transfers now. We still haven't seen a big move from them. Maybe it would be nice for them to consolidate the team more with big transfers now. However their main problem was with the management and they have made their move for that as well. Time will tell how they will play in the CL this time.

It is foolish to expect good performance from the team if the understanding between the players is not good. PSG had plenty of talented players last season too. But coach Mauricio Pochettino could not strengthen the bond between the players. Also the match strategy was weak. And so there was no consistency in PSG's performance. New coach Christophe Galtier must be tactical.

On the other hand, apart from the factors you mentioned, there is a word that is left behind, namely experience.
In terms of performance and players, it is clear that City, Bayern and PSG have advantages in all aspects, but their experience to feel the title is quite minimal in the Champions League. On the other hand, the coach does play an important role as well because the coach is also required to be able to lift not only from the performance but the mentality of the players.

This has been discussed previously, what causes a club as rich as PSG until now to not be able to get the champion's league trophy, the reason is only one, that's because PSG is a less compact team (between players), This has been proven with PSG training videos, where Neymar seems to reject mbappe and Neymar only focuses on Messi, and vice versa. here we already know that the big job that galtier has to do is to improve the prestige between these star players.

Exactly I will bet for PSG but I want to predict which one next team can destroy with PSG dominance for next season, will Lyon, Marseille or AS Monaco can be candidate with Ligue 1 trophy.

It will obviously be difficult and I wouldn't even dare to predict anything about who will be able to tackle PSG next season but I might see a better competition in the bottom 2 position next season. Actually this season is also quite good but maybe next season will be even better, especially with some clubs who are now strengthening by adding some players who are considered suitable.

Well clearly PSG is a team that is undoubtedly the best candidate to win the French League, even though they had problems at the end in the UCL I think they can overcome and win everything, if they continue to have level 1 players it's obvious , but I think that to ensure they need to have another coach, one like Zidane. In the end, I don't know what happened with the Zidane case, there was speculation that he could go to PSG and at the same time be the technical director of France in the World Cup.
