This issue already raised many times, but sadly it's not creating any positive development as we all know PSG is never been good in discipline which is the biggest issue for them in recent times specially their having players like Mbappé, Neymar and Messi and not doing good in Champions League creating big question marks.

But, most of the peoples are not aware about their policy which is having special treatment with few players, and they are mostly creating feud around the club but with recent change in coaching staff could be good if they improve their discipline as well because with this they will be able to have some good and better understanding between players which is important for good result.

Tough competition like premier league and la liga build a winning mentality , no wonder champions league winner come from these two league mostly unlike the french league that a club like psg will lay in a comfort zone and will never grow to have a champion mentality as they used to beat small weak teams.

I bet even messi and cristiano plus haaland joined psg , they will remain struggle to win the champions league.

Galtier have stated at a press conference that putting Neymar on the wing was a mistake (and Pochettino has always done that)

I'm curious about what strategy Galtier will do because to be honest, Neymar, who is currently earning a lot salary at PSG, really doesn't live up to expectations

for now the value (transfer value and salary) of neymar is still high but if until next season he looks disappointing then I'm sure PSG will throw him away

In this case my opinion is a little different, actually Neymar is still playing very well at PSG and he can still support Mbappe to give momentum and opportunities there. But because the money that PSG spent on him from wages and purchases from Barcelona, which was quite expensive, made the higher-ups not too satisfied with his performance even though it was good because they wanted more than that.
If we look at the several seasons that have passed, the performance is actually still at the same stage although there are slight differences but it's not very conspicuous.

I agree with you. Unless Christophe Galtier is a more experienced coach for a platform like the Champions League, he is a very tough character. And if Christophe Galtier is allowed to lead the team independently, he may be able to make the PSG team stronger.
