I completely agree, given that PSG's main competitors are in crisis, there is practically no point in watching this league. This is, on the one hand, the advantage of PSG (they can play in a relaxed mode in the domestic championship if there is a serious game ahead in the Champions League), but on the other hand, they experience a constant problem with motivation and in fact degrade without having constant strong rivals.
In just a few games we already know which club will come out as champion at the end of the season, now PSG have left their opponent quite far and we can say if it is impossible they can be overtaken even by marseille who is even currently in second place right now, ligue 1 competition only has 22 games left and currently PSG are 12 points clear of second place, so I think maybe PSG will be able to lock the champions before the last 10 Ligue 1 macth

The French league has never been interesting compared to other top championships, so I see no reason to grieve. By the way, given that Mbappe will leave the club next season (99.9%), Messi is old and not as useful as expected, and Neymar alone never represented anything serious, perhaps PSG will face big problems next season.

PSG will focus their resources for Ligue 1 first to try to complete it before tough matches in Champions League. They are doing this task very good and are leading in Ligue 1 with good difference than opponents.

Winning Ligue 1 10 matches before final day is great but it is not what they aim for. They only need to have good difference in Ligue 1 in order to focus their resources for Champions League in important matches.

But seriously, Ligue 1 is over already. PSG is 12 points ahead of the second place even though they don't play good soccer in the Ligue, which is partially a shame. I have said that before but I think it is tough for all those superstars to motivate themselves to give their best in those games. This might be the little bit of focus that is missing when you have to play the biggest games under biggest pressure in the Champions League. For the top Premier League clubs they have a big game almost every single weekend. I guess that is an advantage to stay focussed.

My predictions for this weekend french league matches (league 1).
Marseille Vs Brest:2-0
Lille Vs Troyes:2-0
Lens Vs PSG:1-3
Saint Etienne Vs Rennes 2-2
Lorient vs Nantes 1-0
Monaco Vs Metz 1-1
Montpellier Vs Clermont foot:2-0
Reims Vs Angers 0-0
Nice Vs Strasbourg :2-1
Bordeaux Vs Lyon 1-2.

I did my analysis and then I stopped to think more if it would be worth taking the risk of placing bets for these games in this round or if I would combine some ligue 1 games with other games from other leagues, because for this round the bookmakers are offering @1,50 odds to the favorites as if they really were very strong and had a lot of chances to win when in fact in my opinion there are chances of many games ending in a draw. so I will see if I will make any bets on Ligue1 or if I will combine them with other leagues

this seems to be a profitable thing for PSG on the other hand it is also a boomerang for them.
and what you say is true, they will indeed be more relaxed in playing ligue 1 but on the other hand they will be too relaxed and relaxed because they have already played like this in the domestic league and are afraid that something like this will spread to the UCL league.

In my opinion, PSG have a tough fixture ahead as the competitor is going to be Lens. The match is tomorrow night and it is gonna be an away one for the PSG side. Lens were even at the second place in the league table but they went down a little to the fifth place after not getting satisfying results lately. Maybe they will search for a way to destroy PSG but the probability is low as I see it.

I assume that there were so many people who placed a bet on the PSG win for the game against Nice and lost. Because despite dominating the game, PSG couldn't prevent a 0-0 draw unfortunately. And they will try to make up for this point loss next time against Lens. Maybe Lens are a quite decent team now. But I don't think that they would capture any point in this game. PSG wouldn't make the same mistake again.
Nice is not a weak team. they're doing pretty well this season. but against PSG, of course, many dealers will provide a greater chance for PSG's victory. the results on the pitch are proof that Nice put in a good enough performance to hold off PSG.
PSG's mistake in that game was poor finishing at every chance they got. 71% ball possession, 22 shots, but only 5 on target. how could this happen?
next match with Lens, which will likely yield the same result, or maybe even worse.
PSG's mistakes in the match against Nice will surely be studied by Lens. I hope PSG realizes his weakness.
In my view PSG really can't show the good or expected performance with the squad they have, so their performance on the field is not much different from the team's mediocre. This case is at least reflected when they played in the UCL, which I think, PSG still has problems getting full points. So, PSG is nothing more than a mediocre team which is even worse, because they have a classy support too, at least with them having many star players and a famous coach that can be a guarantee that they will easily win every game.

Actually, PSG's draw with Nice does not threaten PSG's position, because until the 16th round, PSG still leads by 12 points with Marseille who is
in second place. Marseille still has one game left, but even though Marseille won PSG are still at the top. PSG's failure to win actually proves that
even though having many star players does not guarantee it will be easy to win.

The PSG team has drawn with Nice, it will not be any obstacle in their way to win the Ligue 1 title. PSG has dominated since the beginning of Ligue 1. It is not a fact that PSG lost points. The problem is why PSG's performance is so weak despite having such a strong squad? Why can't they score despite having such a good striker? In Ligue 1, If PSG is in such a weak position then how can they realize their dream of winning the Champions League title? We all know PSG's management has put star players in the squad by paying such high wages to win the Champions League title.

I understand your point, it's disappointing and a question of the quality of the strikers that PSG have can't score a single goal against Nice.
Moreover, the quality of Nice's players cannot be said to be good, so this is a big problem for PSG. Moreover, PSG's target this season is to win
the Champions League trophy, if they face Nice, PSG have difficulty scoring goals. How about facing a stronger team in the Champions
League competition, PSG will fail to win the Champions League trophy this season if Pochettino cannot maximize PSG's star players. I hope PSG
can improve their performance in the next match, PSG will face Lens in the next match, I think Lens has a quality that is not much different
from Nice. Moreover, Lens's performance has been very poor in the last 5 matches, only being able to win once. So PSG should be able to beat Lens
and of course PSG is expected to score a lot of goals.

PSG ruined a multi bet for me yesterday with odds over 15!

I couldn't even imagine that Messi or Mbappe wouldn't be able to score any goals in this match! I watched the second half and was perplexed by the fact that PSG were constantly in the opposition's penalty area, constantly shooting and not once hitting the target! It's a great shame to play 0-0 at home against an underdog!

I really think that there are some big problems in their playstyle or coaching because they are all great players and they can easily make plays and score almost any time in the match. But still, they are not scoring as they should be. If you have a lineup like PSG and you are still losing a home match against underdog then you do have some problems which you need to fix.

I would guess that they are not even trying all that much to win anymore, they are so far ahead of everyone else that at this point they could start using youngsters and still have enough chance to win the league. It would also give them a chance to see which one of their younger players are capable of becoming a superstar in the future.

It is a known fact that they can't keep Mbappe on their team for too long, and Messi is older right now as well, di maria too, maybe their best chance is to hold on to Neymar. Which means that they are going to need like 3 players for their team to help Neymar at the offensive line and even if they could afford to get some other players, it won't be that easy to get 3 super stars like they have now. Which is why in the league I suggest they should rest those superstars time to time and use younger players to see which one would be able to play at that level.

PSG just brought for the sake and rather for the need, eg look at Italy’s number one goal keeper he can walk in any team but at PSG he’s warming the bench, which shows they have no plan how to use star player’s. Furthermore Poch will indeed be out of a job if he fails to win them the champions league, but since they’re yet in it we can’t rule them out because in champions league anything is possible.
After watching spending from owners and having results like this, really feeling it's not football it's just a money power which is killing beauty of soccer because you have one of the deadliest attack and defence but still you are unable to having some better performance some quality players on bench and have nothing to do it's never been good for any play UEFA need to have some better action against spending like this which is never been good and ideal for them.

70% ball possession and more than 22 shots on goal, and you have no score in front of your name is matter of shame for team like PSG but still peoples feeling it's strategy or any other issue not they completely fail to have good squad for better results instead of bringing players for money.

I saw Mbappe get some good chances during the match, but he failed to score. In addition, the tactics used by Nice in that match were very predictable, they just wanted to close all the spaces so the PSG players didn't score, sometimes it looked like there were 10 Nice players in the penalty area just because PSG got the ball. It's a boring game play in my opinion, but manages to frustrate the top teams quite often throughout the match.

If you see to the match stats, then you will know that Nice simply don't want to play more with the ball and defending totally on the counter-attack is the strategy their coach wants.
Nice players according to their ranks so it is a little difficult for PSG to find scoring opportunities, but even though basically there are a lot of shooting opportunities in their statistics, 22 shots are not on target so this is still far from the Nice goalkeeper's goal.
But it's an effort for Nice they want to defend fully and only rely on counter-attacks but with a draw for Nice this is quite good but for PSG this is still too wasted.

even though having many star players does not guarantee it will be easy to win.

We also can't blame Mbappe for playing badly, because Mbappe is human too, meaning he won't always play well in every game. Sometimes he play
badly, we should be able to understand that. The one who should be blamed in my opinion is Pochettino who can't manage the star players at PSG.
Supposedly if the strikers failed to score a goal, Pochettino as a coach can change strategy or replace players who play badly. Although Mbappe is
a star player, but that doesn't mean he have to keep playing for 90 minutes, if the performance is not good, Pochettino must dare to replace it
by giving other players a chance. Hopefully Pochettino can learn from this match, even though the quality of Nice's players is far below PSG,
if PSG fail to win, it means something is wrong.

If a coach cannot make a good place with a team full of superstars, I think it is the fault of the coach because the players have already proven themselves in the past and also multiple times with multiple teams. So basically it must be a problem in the strategy or the authority is just not right.
it's like because I think it's their inability to cultivate a squad that is really good.
But on the other hand I don't think we can put all that on the coach.
With all of them being superstar players, I think there will be an ego that emerges from each individual that makes them feel the greatest.
and I think this is happening now at PSG and this is also proven by their players who even don't get along when playing on the field.

PSG drew with Nice by 0-0 yesterday but PSG were the dominating team from the start of the match to the end. Nice are very lucky for not losing by a big score difference. And PSG's next match is going to be against Lens. In this away match, we could watch interesting performances. Lens are one of the powerful teams of the season. They might cause PSG to have a difficulty against them. But I think PSG will win and both teams will be scoring.
Ues psg team wasted two points against nice with that dominance performance especially in the second half nice team were enable to creat danger and chances their game against lens should be interesting but recently lens co.ceided 8 goals in the last three games so i expect psg team to be able to score at least two goals.
