It's not confirmed yet but Osimhen is getting closer to PSG. Since they lost Mbappe they have been trying to fill the place of Mbappe in the team and Osimhen could be an interesting option, especially because of the age of Osimhen he can play there in PSG for years.
However, Napoli wanted to get 130 million euros for Osimhen first but now it seems they accepted 100 million euros. Osimhen even wants to put Napoli under pressure to let him go because he doesn't want to stay in this team anymore.
€130m for Victor Osimhen? He's probably a basic player that will be the very best attacker in the promising future. It's just a matter of time before he reached his limelight. Everyone expects the very best from him and he will surely deliver.

The overhyped player is definitely on the list for transfer, very lucky he's in his prime and will do everything within his reach to ensure there's stabled balanced. Napoli will continue to make offers inother to convinces the Nigeria international to stay in the club, he's very important and a key part for Antonio Conte new project. Victor Osimhen will either force his move to Paris Saint-Germain if they're able to tabled a gigantic offer for the top striker.

Napoli must reduce Osimhen's release value if they want to immediately formalize Lukaku, until now PSG still objects to the price requested by Napoli because it is considered too expensive.

In fact, PSG really needs a player who has high quality like Mbappe and the answer is Oshimen. Napoli are just trying to maintain his price because they believe that if PSG really wants him, they will definitely pay whatever price the player is because they have large finances and paid 100 million euros for a player like Oshimen shouldn't be a problem for PSG even though PSG themselves are willing to buy Lamine Yamal with a clause of more than 200 million euros if Barcelona intends to sell him (according to rumors).

Whether Oshimen's performance declines or not depends on his coaching system. If he is compatible with his coach, I'm sure Oshimen will still have good performance because he still has talent within him.

There are too many rumors about Osimhen who will be bought by PSG but it is still confusing and there is no confirmation whatsoever, maybe it can happen and also not for news like this, Napoli is quite expensive for Osimhen even though I think it is still expensive for Osimhen's current condition, on the other hand it is also possible that the price issue is still being negotiated by the PSG and Napoli teams so there is no confirmation yet, but if Napoli does not lower the price maybe PSG will force themselves if they really need a replacement player for Mbappe who has left even though his quality is far below Mbappe, but it might be much better for PSG than nothing at all.
PSG is still trying to bring in Osimhen because they really need a striker to fill the void on the front line. PSG has to negotiate tough terms with Napoli because until now they are still hampered by price issues. Maybe there will be developments in the next few days regarding this transfer, because according to the news I read, Osimhen agent (Roberto Calenda) is in Paris to meet with PSG representatives.

Napoli must reduce Osimhen's release value if they want to immediately formalize Lukaku, until now PSG still objects to the price requested by Napoli because it is considered too expensive. I think Napoli should immediately consider the offer proposed by PSG because if Osimhen's performance declines further next season then his selling value will definitely drop drastically and this will be very detrimental to Napoli, especially now that they really need money to bring in new players like Antonio Conte wants.

Don't think this deal should pull through because as of then Osimhen played for Lille but non saw his full potential to get him not until he left the league and became one of the hit man for Napoli before they started eying him, PSG is a club that loves already made players and without Mbappe on the side they are willing to do anything to get a better replacement which is the Nigeria striker. I'd prefer him going to the EPL to play for either Arsenal or Chelsea since both clubs have been trying to get him and the amount to get him isn't the problem since Napoli have reduced it (correct me if I'm wrong) just to see the deal come through.
To me PSG isn't a place for someone like Osimhen, getting only the domestic trophies is their target and nothing more, that's to show that Mbappe made a wise choice by leaving the side to win trophies especially the UCL with Madrid and if Osimhen joins PSG he won get close to winning it (UCL) no matter how long he stays at the club.

I didn't know Marseille had that much money to spend on Mason Greenwood deal first. But later on I saw that they sold a few players for around 55-60 million euros in total recently.  Smiley  I don't know what percentage of these sales are added to the transfer budget but it looks like quite much of it is being added.  Grin

The players sold by Marseille : Transfermarkt
Haha, their management has that tactic,
In fact, they have so far secured 3 players, indeed Greenwood is the most expensive at €26.00m. while others, there are Bamo Meïté and Ismaël Koné for €10.50m and €12.00m respectively. For now, it seems like they are focused on increasing their abilities, especially their defense for their first signings.

and especially now, there are also rumors that Marseille is focusing on getting one of Arsenal's strikers, Eddie Nketiah. This 25 year old striker became a target for Marseile after they got Greenwood. They bid on the Centre-Forward with £20 million, but it is reported that Arsenal still want more. After previously dealing with defense, this time Marseille wants to make their attacking line even stronger, with funds that may not be that much, but they also have not bad sales results this season.

I don't expect Marseille to regret this transfer honestly. Greenwood is a really nice talent. He is cleaned from the accusations against him too you know. I expect him to concentrate on his game fully and add more to it every year. One day maybe Marseille might sell him to a bigger team for a much higher sum to make a solid profit.
In the end, Greenwood really left Man United, after a long period of speculation, Marseille became the port for his career for the next five seasons. Hopefully Greenwood will no longer be entangled in mistakes off the field, which could have fatal consequences for his career. I think Greenwood is still very lucky because he can continue his career. Regardless of the club finances and the way they got Greenwood signature, Greenwood move to Marseille was actually rejected by some fans, this is not unrelated to his past cases.

Greenwood is considered a player who has a lot of potential and now he is back, as evidenced by his hiatus with Man United, his journey with Getafe as a loan player was marked by 10 goals and 6 assists. Greenwood can make a contribution to Marseille, and his recruitment is considered good for the club. Marseille finished in 8th place in the standings last season, perhaps with the recruitment of Greenwood, De Zerbi squad can return to the top four of the standings next season.
I don't know what happened to Greenwood in his past. But what is clear is that Marseille have found a new star for their front line. Several of their strikers left in this transfer market which made Marseille have to rush to find replacements and I think Greenwood is quite right to fill the holes in the front line.
However, statistically, Greenwood is not a player who is productive enough in scoring goals because last season when he played at Getafe, Greenwood only scored 8 goals.
But we hope that Greenwood can shine well in Ligue 1 because Ligue 1 is not as tight as Laliga or the Premier League. So far, Marseille continues to make improvements in the transfer market, where Zebi will try to build a squad with lots of new players this season.

Psg will still try to recruit a new striker in this transfer market to fill the gap left by Mabppe. Osimhen is a player who continues to be linked with PSG in this transfer market. I think Osimhen transfer process will involve a lot of drama like the previous season because Napoli has set a fairly high price for Osimhen. There is no definite issue yet whether PSG really wants to recruit Osimhen or is it just an issue that continues to be stirred up by the media.

Osimhen is still young and he has quite good quality in finishing. Osimhen sstyle of play is quite good and if he is successfully recruited by PSG of course he can give all his strength to help PSG front line. Napoli set a price of 130 million euros for a team that wants to recruit Osimhen, I think PSG has strong finances and is ready to pay it if PSG has no other choice.

PSG really need osimhen after the departure of mbappe to Real Madrid, and the best replacement will actually be osimhen, which we all know that Napoli didn’t wish to let him go out of the team this season. That is what will make him more expensive, but I am sure that PSG will be able to afford osimhen, and as I checked the news, I found out that Napoli is willing to give PSG some discounts, and that will also make PSG have something easy to achieve osimhen in order to replace mbappe.

Although everyone knows that Napoli actually needs some funds to help with the maintenance of their teams, it is not that desperate. But still, they are not that stable, so selling osimhen will actually help them, but the question here is: can they succeed without osimhen?

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the news regarding Osimhen, he reported that Osimhen has agreed to join Paris Saint-Germain and PSG wants Osimhen, but an agreement between the clubs has not yet been reached. I think PSG has submitted a transfer value proposal to Napoli, but there has been no agreement, perhaps because of the clause that Napoli wants. However, this situation is certainly not pleasant for Napoli, if no club is willing to pay Osimhen according to the club's wishes. That's why, it seems like an agreement has not been reached as reported by Romano. However, it seems like it is only a matter of time for Osimhen to join this giant club from the French League. because, it seems like PSG have targeted Osimhen and they will make a commensurate offer. The problem currently is with Napoli, if they don't sell him, of course Lukaku's option will be difficult to realize. Plus, Osimhen's contract is only until 2026. This means that Osimhen's stay with Napoli for the next season will probably reduce the value of his release clause. If we refer to Luis Enrique's pattern and system, Osimhen is the ideal option for his squad next season. I suspect, it is very likely that Osimhen will be at the Parc des Princes in the near future.

They're currently negotiating for Victor Oshime. It's said by the manager and president that he'll be leaving the club Napoli while Khivicha Kvaratskhelia stays for another season.
They should have known better that Kylian Mbappe wouldn't have signed a contract extension. Money is not everything, I feel like thatbwas the tool used to stop him from swinging to Real Madrid when thru first made moves for him.

I'd agree but I'd say both his age, goals and contribution for the club or whoever he plays for. I'm already tipping him to finish as the highest goalscorer for League 1 Competition if Victor Oshime successfully moves that way. He ( Victor Oshime ), is not tryna put Napoli into unnecessary pressure, I don't believe that's what he's doing.

And I want to say Godspeed with Mason Greenwood. I love how Roberto De Zebri has just backed him immediately he came into the club. I'm sure he'll let the world know how much a great talent he is.

Lille have signed Trabzonspor defender Thomas Meunier for free. They signed a contract until 2026. Such a quality right back will do well in the French league. This is a loss for Trabzonspor. Stade Rennes FC was also interested in the player but Lille acted fast and finished the transfer. They are building the squad needed for the championship. It's also a great success that such a good transfer was completed for free.

Looking at the situation, Osimhen and PSG already made the deal, these days teams first contact the player to make sure that the player is happy with moving, if the player says he is ok about it then they start talking with the team. That's important because offering a team 100 million and then getting rejected by the player makes no sense, it seems like the wrong way to do but that was the case for many years in the football world. Osimhen already gave greenlight to PSG to continue with the offer.

PSG is willing to spend 100 million like talked about, but Napoli knows that PSG is rich, so they are trying to get some more, 130 million is something they are just saying, but they would be willing to go down to 120, or even 115, that would be extra 15 million.

I believe that they shouldn't, I believe that they should just focus on what they can get. With 100 million, they can spend 30 on Lukaku, and the other 70 could go to another 3 great players for them. It would make their team much better and all sides will be happy. I guess they are just looking for some more because 15 is a huge thing for Napoli while it's nothing for PSG, and they know this, both sides know it, so that's why it is taking so long.

Paris Saint-Germain are ready to advance in talks with Benfica for João Neves after player’s green light.

João wants the move, PSG believe they are ahead of Premier League clubs; talks taking place with Benfica.

No club-to-club agreement yet but negotiations continue.

source: https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1813862832825577592

As expected from Benfica, they always get a player cheaply, make him a good player and sell him for a very high price and make high profits, even when Benfica doesn't become champion, they make high profits from player sales, in this case if they wanted to sell João Neves for an approximate amount of €100 million. but they realized that it was exaggerated and PSG is willing to erase €60 million and will also pay €10 million in bonuses for goals. This is a very good deal for Benfica.  Grin

Though the real issue these days is that players' prices are inflated anyway. It means if you sell a player for 100 million, it doesn't mean you can instantly buy one of the best players in the world with those 100 million. Availability is an issue and competition in the market is an issue. As soon as it becomes known that one club is willing to pay 100 million, several other clubs will most likely join the party and look closer at that player. The whole market is inflated and that is why these big sums at first look enticing, but whether you can really solve problems with that money down the road is another question.

I do not think that Osimhen would be worth 130, like even Napoli probably won't ask that much, that seems like not a good deal at all. I believe that if Napoli wants to make this deal happen, they can ask PSG 80 million and it would be done today, right away. This is why they are trying to find that right balance, they are asking way more than what they should, so that they would be asked to go down, PSG will give a counter offer, and then Napoli will counter that, until both teams agree on a deal.

Alternatively, both teams could keep doing this, and then in the end both teams could realize that they are not going to meet in the middle, and they can't get any lower/higher for each other and the deal will fall through. This has happened many times and if Napoli insists on keeping that price that high, then I am sorry but no team would ever buy him.

It is like saying he is not for sale, and that means if Osimhen wants to leave, but not allowed to leave, all he will do is just wait until his contract is over and he will be fine to leave for free. That would be stupid of Napoli to do, just accept the highest offer PSG could go to, and then sell Osimhen, and buy Lukaku, and the rest can be used to make the team better.

In my opinion, Napoli's management is creating barriers to prevent them from selling Osimhen, for Napoli's management, if any team wants to buy Osimhen, they must pay a very high amount so that they can then buy another good player and make a lot of profit, It's as if they were creating a scenario in which they were indirectly saying that: "we don't want to sell Osimhen, but if they insist on buying it, then they are willing to pay any amount". but that makes sense because napoli depend on Osimhen to win series A, if they sell Osimhen then they are destroying their chances of winning series A

Lukaku would not be able to replace Osimhen, I know that Lukaku is a great player, he has a very good style of play, but he would not be able to score the same number of goals that Osimhen can score and that difference is crucial if Napoli intends to win series A. That's why in my opinion the management of Napoli don't want to sell Osimhen, but if they said they didn't want to sell, then that could make Osimhen think bad of the management, thus being the strategy of the management of Napoli was to set a high price that they know no team would pay

It hasn't been confirmed yet, but it looks like this transfer will actually happen. It is reported that Napoli wants to get Romelu Lukaku, that is strong enough reason to think that Osimhen will leave the club. In this saga we can't just link Osimhen with Paris Saint-Germain, on the other hand Chelsea also want him to play at Stamford Bridge. All decisions are in Osimhen at this time, he can determine where he will play next season.

Previously PSG looked a bit passive to sign Osimhen because the price asked by Napoli was very high, although PSG is a rich team but it seems that they realized that Osimhen is not worth more than 100 million euros at the moment, but after that Napoli began to make a fantastic bid (€200 million) for Napoli in order to get two important Napoli players, namely Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia but so far Napoli is not willing to let go of Kvaratskhelia, Napoli who need money to sign Lukaku seem willing to lower the price of Osimhen and that is why currently PSG is still trying to negotiate to lock in Osimhen transfer deal for 100 million euros and reportedly Osimhen's agent has been in France to immediately complete the transfer process and Conte has also confirmed that Osimhen will leave Napoli in near time.

https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1813993551862350118?t=_VjxmGFteHFJM1S_PBlo2w&s=19
PSG basically doesn't need more attackers than players in other positions. PSG needs strong and creative defenders and midfielders, both of whom can support the game better. So far, PSG have signed strikers too often instead of midfielders and defenders, so their transfer approach in the transfer market is not very good in my opinion.

Instead of bringing in a striker, I think PSG needs to consider some experienced and quality midfielders. They also need a good player on the left wing instead of just relying on Barcola, but as users we cannot intervene in any way about a team's transfer approach. A team with a style of play like PSG really needs good midfielders and wingers, while there are already too many center forwards in the squad.

Of course, this will be Marseille's best signing because Greenwood is a player who has quality and still deserves a better place, but Greenwood is still having difficulty getting a team because his case has not been accepted by many parties, and in Marseille they have not fully accepted Greenwood's arrival the mayor of Marseille also very firmly rejected the player's presence and asked the club to block his transfer, but the club has confirmed that it will come to this player and now the agreement is almost complete.
Hopefully this can be resolved and Greenwood can be accepted by the club and the mayor of Marseille, because apart from Greenwood being a good player, he also still has a lot of time to make his career brighter even though he is only at the Marseille club. I still think that the French League will be a little different next season and with several players coming there through several teams it can at least change the side of the competition in the French League and show a more interesting game than last season.
This happened because of a silly mistake that Greenwood made so he received a lot of rejection. because I'm sure if there were no such cases he would still have a place at Manchester United. But when he made a mistake, everyone started rejecting him even though he was a talented player.
This can be a lesson for other players where a stupid action they take will have a bad impact on their career. They have to consider everything so that they don't make mistakes that ruin their careers. The reason is that apart from being on the field, they also have to be able to maintain their attitude when they are off the field.

If the situation is like this, Napoli will be very disadvantaged because Osimhen no longer feels comfortable playing with Napoli again because he feels the club is deliberately making it difficult for him to go to PSG. The interest from PSG has changed Osimhen's perspective on his future, he could get a place in the Champions League with PSG and win the Ligue 1 title there, while at Napoli he will have difficulty regaining the Scudetto like he previously achieved with Spalletti. Napoli need to consider the offer from PSG before it is too late, they can use the money to buy Lukaku and other players according to the team's needs.
2026 is the contract Osimhen signed last season, which means there are 2 more seasons left for Napoli to make a decision. If they keep Osimhen there is a risk that his performance will decline again and Napoli's price will decline again. Like this time, they didn't find a team that could make a high offer to this player, that's because Osimhen's own performance has declined slightly.
If Napoli are willing to let him go for a lower price then Osimhen can be kept, they can even let him go for free if they keep him until his contract ends. It goes back to Napoli's choice, because I think Paris Saint Germain is the team that has offered the highest so far.
