Apart from Mbappe, are there any other star players in Ligue 1 currently who are of interest to us?
As far as I watch the current Ligue matches after Messi and Neymar left, I don't see any other star players in Ligue 1 apart from Mbappe, Mbappe's departure will probably reduce the enthusiasm of football fans in watching Ligue 1 in the future, but it's still irrelevant for us to compare the popularity which is owned by Ligue 1 and the Arab League because these two leagues actually still have significant differences at this time even though many former European star players have started to shift their goals to Arabia league, because compared the Arab League, of course Ligue 1 will still have a base High fans because Ligue 1 is still one of the top 5 European leagues at the moment.

There are significant comparisons between other European leagues and Ligue 1 and even though Ligue 1 has several star players who played for previous clubs, this doesn't make Ligue 1 better than other existing leagues because the main problem with Ligue 1 is not whether there are star players or not all this time, I dont say because I think we all here know what makes the league the least popular league to watch compared to other leagues.

Everything will not be easy when they are in the Champions League, they must have everything they need to become champions. Not only in the game, things like mentality and others will still have a big influence on whether they can get something good or not. Many clubs have experienced failure and it's not just them, it shows how difficult it is for a club to compete for the title in the Champions League.

You give a great example when you say Manchester City. In the last few seasons, Manchester City has dominated the Premier League so much that we know it is not easy to dominate there, and even competing is not easy. I agree that it is going to take a while for them to get better, it will not be too simple and it will take a while. Winning UCL is a very difficult task, while some teams may win it when you do not even expect it, some teams like City who dominate a tough league like premier league could have hard time getting even just one. This is why I think it is not easy for PSG to win it, but when you least expect it then they may win it too, you never know.

I believe that this season isn't it though, they lost Mbappe just recently, it will take time for them to adjust playing without him, and it is going to be hard for them to get this new team to win something major. If you ask me, even ligue one is in danger right now as well.

What you say has basis, because so far many people have watched Ligue 1 because there are star players there. Even though it may not be something certain, we can speculate as such. We can see how the Saudi Pro League can become popular now, it happened starting from the presence of star players joining the teams there. So if we compare this, then star players are related to popularity or something that can attract a lot of attention.

So far, PSG do not have everything they need, first they need some good strikers, because since the departure of Messi and Neymar they have not replaced them with anyone, and now Mbappe has left and the lack of quality players in the attacking line will be too noticeable for anyone teams, and especially for the one that wants to win the Champions League. It may take many years for PSG to win the Champions League, and this may happen without Enrique, because the PSG management is not as patient in practice as in words.

PSG got an experienced coach. And Luis Enrique has the experience to do well in a competitive platform like the Champions League. Luis Enrique also coached Barcelona in the past. Barcelona many titles with Luis Enrique. Barcelona won La Liga and dominated the Champions League.

Luis Enrique can strengthen the PSG squad if he gets enough funds. I think Luis Enrique is now interested in building a youth-oriented squad. If Luis Enrique can do that, PSG will be even stronger next season. PSG can build a strong squad without spending exorbitant amounts of money.

In fact, so far PSG has everything needed to win the Champions League trophy except mentality, mentality is one thing that PSG is lacking so far, because if you look at their squad which was previously full of the best players of course no one can deny that they will be able to become champions league champions, but in fact after spending a lot of money so far,PSG best achievement was only reaching the final round,  in the UCL final PSG vs Munchen in 2020, we can see where PSG mentality actually dropped in that the final match.
In my opinion, the problems faced by PSG in the Champions League are more complex than just Madrid's dominance in the Champions League so far, because so far it has not been Madrid who have often stopped PSG in the Champions League, it is the lower teams than PSG but their team has a strong mentality.

Enrique's own abilities are indeed quite good in terms of coaching a team like PSG, but winning the Champions League will always be a very tough challenge as long as Real Madrid can continue to dominate the League. But on the other hand, I certainly still hope that there will be investors who are interested in investing their money in several of these clubs so that competition heats up again with a comparable squad.

From my point of view, PSG is a club that can be said to be mediocre when compared to clubs at the top level of the Champions League. It cannot be said to be weak. PSG is indeed the best club in its own league but is not a strong competitor in the Champions League.
PSG can sometimes perform well in the Champions League but they can't last much longer, at best they only reach the semifinals after which they will face opponents at a level above them and lose. Last season was actually a good opportunity for PSG to return to the final or become runners up because they didn't meet Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or Manchester City at the start, but unfortunately they couldn't face Dortmund, whose performance was unstable at that time.

Next season they will face the Champions League without Mbappe, I don't think they will achieve good results like last season.

Talking about the investor of Ligue 1 several weeks ago i have been discuss about this before because if i am not mistaken the last company who buy broadcasting right of Ligue 1 is Mediapro but their contract was ended on 2024 which mean until this season and now LFP as the football federation of France has attempts to look for new investors but until now there are still no big companies that dare to buy broadcasting rights of this league although the price reduced by half to attract broadcasters but seems they are still struggling to find investors

I believe why this thing happend because just like you says Ligue 1 is boring now especially for every season PSG always be dominate this league because there were no other clubs who can being an decent opponents for PSG and this also caused why some of star players from other league has been refuse to playing at this league because they feel Ligue 1 is not too competitive compared to other league such as Premier League or Laliga and this season PSG lost Mbappe who went to Real Madrid and i believe this situation will have huge impact for this league especially from the popularities

PSG will still have difficulty competing in the Champions League because League One is not very competitive, this is the main problem. What PSG hasn't done in its ambition to win the UCL league trophy, it seems like PSG has done everything, from bringing in star players to a very experienced coach like Enrique, but still failed.

The Champions League competition is very tough and you have to have a very strong mentality too. In League One, only PSG was superior so they didn't have too much pressure to get the League One trophy, but when competing in the Champions League they were under so much pressure that in the end they weren't strong enough to withstand that pressure. This is very different from other leagues which have very tight domestic leagues, which makes them mentally strong when playing in the Champions League.

PSG already got what they needed to have. In the last season, they had superstar players but they didn't have a coach like Enrique in this team to help players have better teamwork and they have it. Also, Enrique is experienced enough to make PSgeven win the Champions League title.
But other than this, they have to give Enrique some more time and provide him the players he needs, Mbappe leaving PSG was harmful for them.

I have an opinion that Portuguese league teams are better than other teams in France except PSG. Paris SG is very good, the others are average teams. That's why there is very little competition and the second place teams change from time to time. Competition is at a high level in the Portuguese league. That's why I must add that it is even more exciting than the French league. Portuguese league teams also have success in the European league. It seems like there is less success in France than the teams other than PSG.

If they  want to win the Champions League title, they  definitely need an experienced coach. Sustaining consistent good performances in both Ligue 1 and Champions League is no easy task. Good performance should be continued in busy schedule. At the same time, the fitness of the players should also be good.

The last few years have seen PSG's owner spend a lot of money and build a strong squad. Despite PSG's strong squad, the team could not do well in the Champions League. Because they did not have an experienced coach. But now PSG has got an experienced coach like Luis Enrique. If Luis Enrique is able to build a squad to his liking, I believe PSG can perform even better on the Champions League platform.

It is very difficult to predict the direction of steps that PSG management will take in the future in building squad depth, especially after they lost their best asset, Mbappe. We know it is difficult to find players who match or approach Mbappe quality in the transfer window, but PSG seems to need a solution for the role left by the French striker. One thing is clear that PSG will try to maintain its bargaining value in the Champions League, maybe PSG will start its new project again to build a luxurious squad.

At first glance, the steps taken by PSG management and club officials in this decade seem inappropriate in building squad depth, because the best result they can achieve is winning the Ligue 1 trophy and becoming Champions League finalists. It is certain that without actively moving in the transfer window it will be difficult for PSG to compete in the Champions League next season, but it would be wiser if PSG changed their perspective in recruiting players, meaning they don't have to continuously recruit star players, because that is not a guarantee for success.

Money isn't the issue here to be fair, they have teams worth of hundreds of millions of euros, which is more than a lot of teams who wins the Europa or conference, so they could have a team win.

PSG is also good enough to win the UCL, a huge club with an owner that has deep pockets, so they built many good teams over the years, and spent a lot of money on the club as well. What they are lacking is experience in tournament schedule, they are just not experienced in it which shows itself during the European competitions. Too many teams go up and down, and not a lot of them joins the same competition every year, aside from PSG that goes to UCL, and I think they need to learn to be better at tournaments, which will help them on the long term.

The majority of us here call Ligue 1 the farmers' league and that's not without reason all this time, the absence of intense competition has not really had a strong attraction for us to watch so far so it has slowly made us start to get too bored to watch the ligue 1 matches  So far, the lack of competition has of course made it too easy for PSG to dominate the league so that in the end other teams only target Champions League tickets at the end of the season as their achievement, the most obvious effect we see now is the limited ability of the Ligue 1 teams  which competes in the Champions League and even PSG which is the strongest team in Ligue 1, has not been able to conquer the Champions League trophy due to their mentality which not tested in the league.

PSG currently has strong finances and it is not difficult for them to bring in many star players, but so far this does not make PSG able to become a team worthy of winning the Champions League trophy , I think maybe PSG should continue to try to improve their  the mentality  have at the moment, instead of continuing to add and bring in lots of star players who don't have a positive impact on the team, currently PSG should try to further optimize and maximize the team with a young squad and of course give the coach more time to develop the squad, so that in some next seasons, this young squad is very ready mentally to challenge for the Champions League title.

In fact, the people in charge of the PSG team cannot be blamed in any way because this team has invested a lot of money just to transform their club into one of the best clubs in the world. They spent a lot of money I accept that but they spent the money in a wrong way so that their plan did not succeed. Always talking about PSG, I used to say that their team lacks a good manager. Maybe there is no chance to say that now because now they have appointed a quality manager to their club but I don't see any significant activity from the manager in this transfer market so what are they really planning for next season. I thought they would get over last season and plan hard for next season but so far it doesn't look like that.
