Yes, it's still early in the season and there's still quite a long way to go this season for teams that are in a slump to be able to get up, but now Lens and Lyon are in the spotlight because Lens was a top team last season but surprisingly they started this season very badly. what the team management did was very unreasonable, the brand sold some of its important players and didn't care about the team's performance and they didn't even buy players of the same quality to fill the void.
And Lyon is also a big team in Ligue One, so it's not appropriate for them to be at the bottom, I'm sure they will rise.
Lens and Lyon do not deserve to be at the bottom of the standings because these two teams usually compete very often at the top of the standings so these two teams need to recover from their downturn at the start of the season so they can return to competition this season in a more viable zone. Because the zone they are in now is a zone that is very inappropriate for them so they should get up when they compete in the next match.

The champions league is about to kick off and the domestic champions PSG will begin their struggling all over again because I don't see them being one of the top competitors in the UCL from season to season.
Now they have no Messi and Neymar Jr on the team but just Mbappe that's trying every possible means to leave the club, the club don't have anything to offer to players, not just players but great players. Don't be surprised if Lens do better than them in that competition by reaching or beating some of those the teams that have knocked out PSG in that competition. I wonder what they (PSG) have in store for us this season.

I personally not sure about PSG in the Champions League because even, at this moment I think PSG will also have difficulties to be able to have great dominance in Ligue 1. So, if only to have great dominance in Ligue 1 will also be difficult for PSG and with that, then at least it will be more difficult for PSG to get good results in the Champions League. So, instead of aiming for good results in the Champions League which is likely to be useless, then I think it would be better for PSG to keep prioritizing Ligue 1 first. Because after all, there is still a lot to build in the PSG squad, because PSG cannot forever depend on Mbappe to get good results.

PSG must immediately think about how not to depend on Mbappe on the front lines. Indeed, at the moment they are quite strong when Mbappe plays.
We can see how PSG played in the first two matches this season which was not good enough for them when Mbappe was not played or was substituted. This was because of the problems that occurred when it was reported that Mbappe did not want to extend his contract with PSG. but it is reported that currently the relationship between PSG and Mbappe has improved, but that is not a guarantee that Mbappe will not leave when his contract expires.

This season it is quite difficult for PSG to be in the Champions League hell group. and now they have to focus on Ligue 1 where it is possible that the competition from Monaco and Marseille will be quite tight until the end of the season.

It is very hard to predict it. I meant PSG will be playing with a lot of new players. Its performance in league 1 is not yet stable at this moment. Im doubtful if psg will able to compete in the strong group like that.
It's likely PSG needs to get a perfect result first. We will see that PSG will compete in UCL without neymar and messi. I remember that if messi was always helping PSG. He has been making golden moments with the club.

Playing without messi was actually affecting the performance of the club. I can't trust the new players are they were not even synched one to each other.
Mbappe is the only key owned by PSG right now. Newcastle, dortmund and milan are strong clubs in their league.

Being able to qualified to the play of through this group is also increase PSG's chance to pass the play off stage easily.

Sacking those coaches have become the right option for lyon and lens. I saw that some news that already expected those clubs to sign the new coach. Lyon and lens will always be staying in the same places if there will be no significant changes to happen for the club.
I meant look at how horrible the performance from LYON and LENS. I hope that these clubs will consider sacking their coaches as soon as possible. Signing magnificent coaches will become key for them to go up again.

I expect nothing for lens in UCL. This club performed so badly.
Sacking those coaches, I think it's still too early. We have to give them time to improve the team performance, fortunately we have enough time now because of the fifa break, the both coaches should be able to find the right strategy for the next match. If not, then those coaches position is very threatened. I heard in the local media was that Lyon wanted to recruit a new coach, a few days ago they reportedly started talks with Graham Potter, but unfortunately this man reject Lyon.

Lorient will be next opponent for Monaco and i think this is interesting match because based on head to head statistics i can see Monaco always be hard struggle to beat Lorient even in the last 5 meetings Monaco was only able to win once from Lorient so this proven Lorient could be the first test for Monaco consistency and indeed this season Monaco performance is quite impressive that at least after week 4 Monaco can able to occupy first place on Ligue 1 and the combination between their forward players such as Minamino, Ben Yedder and Aleksandr Golovin make Monaco is quite sharp currently and total these players has been scores 8 goals besides that i am looking forward to see Balogun performance because last week his debut match doesn't run well that he was starting the match from the bench and playing only 17 minutes but he hasn't scores goals yet
Overall, in their meetings, Monaco was better than Lorient, but in the last 5 meetings, Monaco could only get one win with the rest dominated by draws.
Monaco's performance, which is in very good condition, will give them the opportunity to still get 3 points even though the match is away or at least a draw because Lorient has the opportunity to do that because they managed to hold one of the strong PSG teams to a draw in the match at the start of the season, especially as they succeeded in doing so in away match.
Of course, this will be an interesting match, because every time there is a team that is struggling to compete with PSG for the title, the results will be highly highlighted, bad results will provide an advantage for PSG who are trying to overtake Monaco.
So there is almost no room for Monaco to make mistakes in every match they have to play, both home and away.

Lens and Lyon are in a bad zone, they have not been able to taste victory in four matches, both of them started the season very badly. Moreover, Lens this team incredibly consistent last season. But in the transfer market this summer they lost important players, so their performance declined after the departure of several key players. Meanwhile, Lyon actually had a chance to get three points in the match against Nice, but unfortunately the striker Alexandre Lacazette can't play in that match, if he plays there is a possibility Lyon can score in that match and maybe can win. Both teams currently have poor defensive, they have conceded 10 goals so far.
Perhaps it's early that we're jumping into conclusions about these clubs found in the relegation, there's always room for improvement. Clermont, Lens and Olympique Lyonnias are probably in bad shape this season, not withstanding any prominent positions on the league table, rather both stuck at the relegation zone. It's time they should make good improvements in league games if they want to escaped relegation this season, because time is moving really fast, there's absolutely no time left because coaches in Ligue One are making plans to shoot higher in their game, ofcourse no one would want to be in the relegation zone this season.

The season has just begun. Each team has played just 4 matches. There is still plenty of time for the teams to fix their weaknesses and get back on the truck. But the performance of Lens and Lyon surprised everyone. Because these two teams played very well in the previous season. Lens were second in the table. Now they are at the bottom of the table. Still, I'm pretty optimistic about Lens and Lyon. Both these teams are strong and experienced. I hope in the next few weeks they will be able to solve all the problems within the team and build a stable squad. Even if they cannot fight for the title, these two teams will be in the top 10 of the points table.

I think PSG doesn't have good behavior with the palyer they have and don't respect palyer sometimes.
For example, recently PSG announced the list of the players for the Champions League and removed Marco Verratti's name from the list.
This definitely shows us PSG wants him to leave and it seems this palyer doesn't have any other option.

It's not all about respect but PSG want to get money from a successful transfer of Veratti. He can not be their main midfielder but he is a great midfielder and can be useful for them as a substitution but PSG does not want it. They want money and with recent growth of Saudi Professional League, PSG hope that some clubs from Saudi Arabia will see PSG selling list and will knock their doors to buy Veratti.

In finance, it is understandable as PSG will try to sell players and improve their finance record like Chelsea did in this summer.

"The transfer window in Saudi Arabia is open from Jul 1, 2023 to Sep 7, 2023."

I doubt that this transfer is still going to happen this summer. Wink Initially, the Saudi Professional League was planning to keep the transfer window open until September 21st I think, but they have then changed it to September 7th, which makes a transfer of Verratti to the SPL impossible for now. But if Verratti doesn't play much and he wants to leave PSG, maybe in the upcoming winter there is also a chance for him to leave the club and go to Saudi Arabia.
From what we've seen so far at Paris Saint Germaine, players like Marco Verrati is surplus to requirements hence the reason for the club to have done everything within their reach to force his move to the Saudi Arabian League.
Now that the transfer window in the Saudi League is closed the player who I don't think falls in the second choice of midfield players at the club will have s
to spend most of the entire season in the bench. If there's chances of a loan move away from PSG, I think it'll be a better option for the Italian to go to another club where he'll get more playing time before January transfer window where he can leave the club on permanent basis.

Yes I guess this is what will happen eventually. He either take on the battle and convinces his coach to be the first choice, or he will leave the club in the upcoming winter. I am not sure what his reasons were to not go for it and leave the club, but it seems that he feels good enough to be able to turn the situation around and become the first choice for his coach again.

The champions league is about to kick off and the domestic champions PSG will begin their struggling all over again because I don't see them being one of the top competitors in the UCL from season to season.
I can't even take PSG as a strong candate to go to the play off stage as well. This club is still struggling in the local league. PSG needs more effort in beating newcastle, acmilan and dortmund.
The club will be facing dortmund in the first game of UCL group stage. PSG needs to get full points against dortmund or the chance to qualify for the next round will be smaller.

Now they have no Messi and Neymar Jr on the team but just Mbappe that's trying every possible means to leave the club, the club don't have anything to offer to players, not just players but great players. Since PSG was the only strongest club in league 1. I can't even measure how strong PSG is right now. The club has some like kolomuani or dembele but these guys have not yet proven their qualities after moving to the PSG.
Lens performed even badly compared with PSG in league 1. I doubt this club can finish at the top position. Midtable is still possible, but it's quite impossible to make it at the second place position of league 1 at the end of this season.

PSG is only having monaco as the strongest competitor as for now.

Currently, League 1 cannot be said to be competitive because there are so many clubs that are still in an unstable state and we can see from the standings statistical data that there are many clubs that are not yet stable in every match, even Paris SG can also be said to be still in an unstable state. can be consistent for several of these matches and when compared to other leagues such as Serie A, Bundesliga and Premier League 1 for the time being it cannot be a competitive competition.
If we say that Paris SG still has a chance to hold the League 1 title, I will admit that it is true, but I can't necessarily give a guarantee because as I said at the beginning, there are still many clubs that are not yet stable in the last few matches.
No, what I understand from the context of what was said previously is that Ligue 1 is a very competitive league, and if we look at it now and you say that currently there has not been a stable game between one team and another, maybe I agree with that.
I don't see Ligue 1 being a competitive league because there is such a big difference in just one club, and I already said that above. It is difficult for other clubs to make them at least equal to PSG, which we know has advantages financially and in terms of the players they have.

Oh yes, Mbappe is again one of the players who lifted Psg's performance after they declined a little and now he has scored 5 goals and is the temporary leader of top scorers in the league.

Actually, these two teams are no different and I think if they still can't win in the last 5 matches, either Lens or Lyon should immediately change their coaches. They don't have time to continue losing or drawing in an increasingly competitive competition. Moreover, both of them are also strong teams that should sit at the top with PSG, Monaco and Marseille. Regarding Lacazette, he is still absent so that is also one of the reasons Lyon is less productive, but in the next match Lyon will be able to be strengthened again by Lacazette. Meanwhile, for Lens, they don't have a good striker since Lois Openda left this summer, so they will still have difficulty scoring goals.

Last season the Lens team finished second in the points table. And this team was fighting for the title with PSG. It was unimaginable to see such a decline from Lens this season. I expected more responsible performance from Lens. Now they are at the bottom of the points table. Lyon's situation is similar. Their performance in the last season was stable. However, the team was in the seventh place in the points table. But this season they are the last team in the table. And in the next match they will play against PSG. I don't see any possibility of Lyon winning this match.

Can changing the coach be a solution? Franck Haise was the coach of Lens in the last season as well. And with the help of Haise, this team performed well. Lens management should have strengthened the team by adding talented players to the team. I don't think changing coaches will improve their performance.

I don't think PSG are ready for the biggest task ahead of them, that's winning the champions league. Ever since they lost to Barcelona 6-1 that has been their nightmare till date, they can't pass that shame in the champions league and it will for ever hunt them.
And you talk about them (PSG) rebuilding? I don't feel such a team needs any form of rebuilding because they have it all, the money to spend and get quality players. Not just quality players but players who lack pride, players who sees everyone as equal. They can get those players but ones the bad egg is removed at the moment I think they can do better, don't get me wrong on this, Mbappe is the bad egg.
He (Mbappe) is a good player no doubt but he has this spirit of CR7 and is too big for him to handle. I mean how can you be the only player who players along side Messi and Neymar Jr and you complain and have issues with them, it won't work.
To me I prefer he leaves and let's see how PSG will look like.
With the form of Lens I think it was meant to be at the moment but some how alongvthe line they'll get back to their winning ways.
from what PSG currently has, it is actually very perfect, even star players have already been on this team, but we cannot deny that PSG is still not ready and not worthy of winning the UCL title and we cannot blame anyone here because we all know how PSG performs in every match in league 1, which always gives almost perfect performances and looks more consistent but unfortunately always fails to win the UCL trophy, even when Messi and Neymar were at PSG, they still did not make any changes in the champions league and the coach who had previously also made a contribution the best strategy for PSG but it is still PSG dream to get the UCL title and must accept that temporarily they can only secure the 1st league title but we always not know what will happen because sometimes a surprising team can break a new record like Man City and we can only hope for the best for PSG even in the next season which must be prepared to lose Mbappe.

and regarding Lens I can not say too much because the situation is really bad at the moment and only the coach has the responsibility to improve Lens performance.
