It's difficult for PSG if they all leave. Now for Mbappe at least next season they will be safe but on the other hand for Neymar there is still no clarity on this.

the reason popular players will leave PSG is because for several seasons PSG has failed in the champions league even though top players like Mbappe have dreams of being able to compete in the champions league final and get the UCL title. so that some of the best players will probably think about all this not because of a high offer but about the future career and dreams of the best players.
I agree with you that in the summer PSG will experience a little bad performance.

It's quite unfortunate what Mbappe experienced at PSG because until now he has never won a champion's league title. Even though Mbappe is a player who should have won the trophy, PSG's quality has so far not been enough to achieve this goal. On the other hand, as one of Mbappe's competitors, namely Haaland, he has won the Champions League title earlier this season and maybe that will also make Mbappe jealous of him.
