When he went to PSG, he wanted to make a name for himself, but that’s when the injury problems started. I believe he should go to another club, but he will have to take care of his body.

There is no doubt that Neymar is an excellent player. His dribbling skills impress everyone. But his main problem is his fitness. He missed half of the season due to injury. Neymar has this ability.

I think in this case it is not a limit that can really be said as a benchmark.
Messi to Inter Miami he is aware of his age, even though in this case he could still be at a club that is still in a European environment or another prestigious domestic league but money of course matters and I still feel that there are no big clubs with that level of competence tall who is really ready to pay crazy fees for players of today's age even if he is a goat.
Neymar's problem is the same, it doesn't mean that he doesn't have big clubs who see it, it's just that the salary is already too high, sometimes this becomes difficult for himself, especially since he also said he didn't really want to cut his salary.
The benchmark is still based on that because indeed if the big players don't think too much about the salary they get at a new club then it's clear they will do that and fight for signatures.

With current situation most chances management understand they can't buy trophies with having stars in their squad they need to have better players which give them good results with consistency and also have good skills for doing things better in all competitions their mistakes are bringing problems for them even having few top ranked players in squad they fail to bring any positive change and Champions League trophy as well.

Mbappé alone is enough with have good support which bring improvement specially they need good play-maker even Messi was available in last two seasons but sadly still they were not able to have positive results which was expected now after many big names leaving, hopefully they will try to have players which make good mark for them.

Yeah Messi has left for Inter Miami already and there are speculations about Neymar to leave this summer as well. For now there is no official for Neymar but if there is it looks like it would be from the English Premier League. So far I have heard of Manchester United and Chelsea's interest in him but let's see how things will go. His cost would be quite a lot for a player at this age and in addition to that he is injury-prone as well.

Let's say he was signed anyway then PSG will need to build a new trio in the attacking line in Mbappe's lead. As they have nothing more than money they can do this successfully I assume. But they had better start with changing their manager first to take the right steps after that.

They should definitely still win the title. If you compare the budgets the teams have available and the overall spending on average per year, it would be a shame if PSG does not win the title in the coming seasons.

Paris saint Germain is a rich but failed team in my opinion. Because they can do everything, but they can't get good results from what they do. Before they plan to bring in players to replace the positions left behind, they must improve first, be it from management, coaches and all levels directly related to the team. I think I've seen their problem now, which is bad management.
