PSG were still strong before Messi's arrival here of course. But after creating this trio of Mbappe - Neymar - Messi the team have reached a more different level I think. But the main problem for this season has been the coach I'm afraid. Galtier was one of the worst options they could go with and they did it anyway. Here we are seeing them even having problems on winning the Ligue 1 title much easier than this.

With the right way of management PSG can also reach some bigger successes like winning the Champions League title. Even if they lose Messi they can still create a solution to ease this situation thanks to the right calls.
No matter the kind of improvement that the trio Neymar, Mbappe and Messi brought to the PSG team. No matter the excitement and no matter the entertainment, I think they only have one duty to perform and which is the reason why PSG has spent so much money and that is to get the Champions League trophy but this trio as a team and individual at a point have failed to accomplish the reason they were signed. Do we push the whole blames to the coaching? Absolutely no, PSG doesn’t hire amateur coaches, they have been having atleast good coaches which is enough to propel an expensive squad like they of PSG.

Actually I don't think this has any impact on his future at PSG because regardless of his condition going back to training and apologizing beforehand it won't be any guarantee for next season in fact I'm still pretty sure he will leave in fact.
He is training because indeed it is his obligation now considering he still has the rest of his contract for PSG.
Messi future is still ambiguous. His trip to Saudi Arabia might be a familial one for tourism but discussion his involvement in Saudi ambition to host World Cup and even playing there for a couple of season is probable too.
For his wealth and professional career, it would be better to continue with PSG for another season. For a historical ending in Europe, Barcelona might be the best pick but salary will be lower. For a fortune reason without professional career, Saudi Arabia will be better than the previous ones. It is up to him to pick.

Look who returned to training with PSG today, it's true that Lionel Messi caused a scene last week because PSG did not give permission to travel to Saudi Arabia. But yesterday Messi also apologized to the club and his colleagues regarding this matter and it seems that PSG accepted Messi's apology. Finally we can see Messi training again with the PSG main squad and ready to be part of continuing the next match. Regarding the two-week suspension sanction, it seems PSG has lifted it and they don't want to make the problem even longer.

I hope that Messi stays at PSG for one more year at least if we don't see him returning to Barcelona this summer

Making a "mistake" and apologizing is perfectly reasonable if the profit from the error outweighs the loss from the "reprimand" for the error. It's just business.
As for Messi's future career, I pray for both of these options (I want to see the situation heated to the limit  Grin ), but I am sure that I will not see either. Messi no longer matches the level of top clubs, and in order not to lose the halo that is around him, he will either go to the MLS or to Saudi Arabia. Perhaps he already regretted that he did not do it a year earlier.

It's good news that Messi is back in training after his apology, but I still don't think he can stay another season in such an environment. PSG cannot achieve the success they want and they may lose both Mbappe and Messi. I would like to see Messi return to Barcelona, rather than MLS or the Arabian leagues.
The fact that club owners cannot achieve such an important success as the Champions League despite having so much money shows that money is not everything. It's not worth spending that much money just to win the French league cup. Grin

That apology video by Messi was really a professional move by Messi in my opinion. He was ready to do what the team want to do with him too as he stated. Maybe he doesn't want to stay here for now but he still doesn't act like he can do whatever he would like. This is an important attitude to have even if you are one of top players in football history. I appreciate it.

Its obvious PSG are better of without Messi, they don't need him. He wasn't making any good impacts to the team as expected, Mbappe is the key man here. I think Messi should start looking for a club because PSG will not extend his contract. They don't need him anymore, he disrespected the club and he has not given the club champions league they bought him for.  Yesterday I enjoyed the PSG game against Troyes, they should just keep the tempo like that for their remaining games till they lift the trophy.
As you think PSG is playing very well without Messi, my comment is also that Messi joining PSG has greatly damaged his career. Because the rest of PSG's players have repeatedly failed to give that kind of support to Messi. If Messi joined any other club, he would have achieved more surprises in his career so far.

PSG got enough great players and compared to many other French teams in the league they have better players and invested much more for this season, I think they should win games against all other teams in the league with or without Mesi, if you check the market value for PSG and Troyes you can see the difference between these two and winning Troyes is not something to surprise us at all.

It is worth mentioning once again that the criterion for Paris SG is not the League 1 championship. Now, Paris SG fans want to see their money's worth as a championship in Europe. It is a disappointment for them that they are eliminated every year from the UCL cup, which they have been waiting for for years. Look, even with this forward line, they were eliminated again. So there's a problem somewhere else and they have to find it.

Giving a suspension to Messi is the wrong decision in my opinion, unless Messi is not a star player then giving a suspension like that is only natural. But giving a penalty like this to Messi, it feels clear that PSG no longer needs Messi in their squad because after all, a star player like Messi will find it easy to find a new club that is willing to pay for it.

So, the suspension being lifted is at least proof that PSG might still need Messi because if PSG don't need Messi then the suspension is still running and will not be revoked. Honestly, I personally don't know with Messi's return to training, should I be happy or not. Because it's useless if his presence is no longer expected in the team, then of course it would be better for Messi to leave in the next transfer market.
In fact, many places are seeing news that Lionel Messi is leaving PSG. How true is the news? On the other hand, Lionel Messi has returned to PSG training, maybe these trainings will be his last training. But I am personally very optimistic that Lionel Messi will leave PSG.

Mbappe scored in the first 10 minutes of the match, but he hasn't been able to score any more so far. This is a match that Mbappe must maximize to score his goal record in one season, and he must be even more motivated to add to his goals because Alexandre Lacazette is currently still leading the top scorer standings.

Alexandre Lacazette and Mbappe have both scored 24 goals so far, but Mbappe is likely to overtake him at the top if he manages to add a few more goals in this match. Troyes is a weak team which is also a team that is very likely to be relegated, so I don't think they have a chance to win.
Although individual achievements are important for professional footballers like Mbappe for top scores, wins are even more important in order to motivate players for the rest of the matches this season. PSG appeared to dominate in that match and even Troyes had so much trouble dealing with the attacks built by PSG players, of course this was not a suitable opponent for PSG because Troyes was a bottom team in the relegation zone.

PSG must stay on the winning track as Lens are in second place with 6 points difference in the race for the Ligue 1 title this season, while leaving PSG with only four games this season. Even though I see Lens' chances of catching up with PSG are very small, PSG must be wary of the remaining matches in the future.

PSG easy victory over Troyes further increased PSG chances of winning the 2022/2023 Ligue 1 season, an additional three points making PSG six points ahead of its closest competitor Lens. PSG only need two wins and a draw to secure their position and become champions this season. The next two matches are very easy for PSG considering that the opponents facing AC Ajaccio are in the Relegation Zone, while other opponents Auxerre are still struggling to stay away from the red zone.
The player material owned by PSG and its focus is only on Ligue 1, it is certain that PSG will succeed in adding to the coffers of the title this season.
I think there was really no need for them to win this game to prove that they are going to win the title, but it does bring in a good chance that they will and that makes it all the more possible. I know that it is not going to end up with anything nice, and that should be considered as a good thing and should be focused on a lot.

I know that people will not be considering PSG as anything but champions, maybe there was just one season that it got hurt a bit and lost it, but that was some time ago and they are much better now and they will easily get it, it was always obvious from the start. There is no team that plays unexpectedly well, like there is no Napoli here, you have to just accept that other teams are not on par yet and will end up continue to lose.
PSG team is in the best performance in Ligue 1. If PSG had the kind of best players from any other club, I think that club would have been able to secure the title in other leagues as well. But due to some great mistakes of the PSG team, the team is performing well in League One.

Messi is very difficult to decide on his future right now, he is only very focused on winning Ligue 1 this season and then deciding his future. Messi's return to Barcelona is difficult due to financial fair play issues, but nevertheless I think Barcelona will insist on bringing him back next season. Meanwhile, Messi received a sensational offer from Arab club Al-Hilal with 400 Million Euros per season, but there has been no agreement between the two parties.

I don't think Messi will stay in Paris next season, nor will he go to Barcelona. I think he will choose to play at Al Hilal next season because the club makes it difficult for Messi to turn down such a sensational offer. Of course it's not certain, but Messi's departure to the Arab League seems increasingly likely.

Psg won yesterday as expected and they put the six points difference between them and lens, there are four remaining games for both teams but they seem easy so i doubt the top two spots will change, even marseille team has secured their positions.
What do you doubt while Lens and Marseille are still in the top 4 for the UCL ticket next season, both of them will not change anything to win the league, because PSG seems to have locked it to win the league this season, there is no more hope than this season without titles so PSG's hunt to win the league this season is its main focus.

I see a difference of 6 points if in the remaining 4 matches this week PSG are able to wipe out 3 matches with a win that is enough to convince that PSG deserves to win the league this season, but there is a lot that needs to be fixed for the league next season as well as other championships including the UCL in the next season. PSG need to overhaul a lot of their squad team with new players who are better than the current ones. at least in order to reach the UCL final

With the games remaining, I don't think it will change anything for Paris Saint Germain to win the title. 6 points is quite a distance plus with only a few more weeks we will finish this season. Paris Saint Germain has been a favorite from the start. There is nothing special about them winning the title this season because the difference between them and their rival teams is indeed very significant.
My personal opinion is that PSG needs to make a lot of changes. Because every player of the team is full of great qualifications but they are not able to perform well at present. Besides, the current coach of the PSG team is not very good in my opinion. It's very disappointing that a team like PSG couldn't do anything in other leagues.

The Lions match was indeed a highly contested match. The Lions and the opposition attacked each other brilliantly and the goals were level at the end. But at the end of extra time, Lion managed to score a wonderful goal, which increased the interest and fun of the game.
Lyon did not embarrass itself in front of its own crowd as it took advantage of late time to score a penalty from Alexandre Lacazette in stoppage time. And this goal was the winning goal for the home team (Lyon) so that Lyon was able to level the points with Rennes, who are ranked sixth in the current Ligue1 standings. If Lyon can continue to be consistent like this in the remaining matches this season, it is very possible for Lyon to reach the top five positions at the end of this season.
Yes they managed to make a comeback after they were left behind quite a landslide. Slowly but surely they scored one goal after another and then they managed to equalize. I thought the match would end in a draw, but in the final minutes of extra time they won a penalty and the executor was successful in driving the ball into the opponent's net. They also managed to get a dramatic victory in this match.

No Messi, no Neymar and PSG still had an easy win and this is what I suggest for their future. I know that Neymar and Messi are great players but at this point they are unreliable for their future, they may both leave and you can't build a team around players who may leave, you need a team that could do a lot better and should be for a long term as well if you are that rich.

Mbappe will probably stay if those two leaves, and considering how much they are paying him, he will probably stay without a doubt. I think getting new players for those positions and better team all around for them could become a lot better. A team that is basically 5-4-1 in different shaping, is what they are doing and they could definitely make that work if they get younger and faster players.

Messi and Neymar have 54 scorer points taken together. I wouldn't exactly call them unreliable for that matter and Messi hasn't been unreliable at all. Neymar yes, due to his injuries.

Mbappe would be nuts if he doesn't leave PSG soon. What is a player like Mbappe looking for in Paris except for money? This guy is such a great soccer player and you think he should spend his career in Ligue 1? Someone like Haaland immediately ruled out PSG. He didn't even consider it for a second. He wants to play the best all the time, not just in some semifinal of the Champions League: MBappe is throwing away his career and the only thing saving it is that he is playing for the French national team and can win World Cups and European Championships. That is something Haaland can probably never do, which is a pity with Norway. But still, he wouldn't just go to Paris for the money. Mbappe in the Premier League would be amazing, seeing him play against all those top teams every weekend.
Mbappe is a star and that is the reason he was picked by PSG.  A team who desires to do well must go for stars and PSG didn't do wrong in picking Mbappe. The club wants to win European trophies and for that the went for Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe,  but this in my opinion I assume was too much for just 3 players. If PSG had considered buying a few more creative central midfielders and DM, maybe the club would go far more than that. I don't see anything wrong in Mbappe's decision of joining PSG,  I only see PSG to be as an unfit club that doesn't know the best route toward achievement.

The problem is that you barely know how strong you really are until you meet the best teams in Europe. When you play in Ligue 1 and you beat Troyes 3-1, how do you know whether you can beat Manchester City? But when Manchester City beats Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United, can they know whether they are weak or strong?

I don't like the idea that PSG gets pushed by a sheikh to win the Champions League. Because they buy the strongest players with a lot of money who then play sub their abilities for a whole season except for a couple of games in the Champions League.

Wouldn't rather want to see Mbappe play against the best teams in the Premier League? Isn't it more fun when he destroys a team like Manchester United instead of Troyes? What happens if a sheikh decides to push Dinamo Zagreb and buys Haaland, Vinicius Junior, some of the best and then you can watch the whole season the HNL if you want to see how the best players in the world win against HNK Gorica.
