No Messi, no Neymar and PSG still had an easy win and this is what I suggest for their future. I know that Neymar and Messi are great players but at this point they are unreliable for their future, they may both leave and you can't build a team around players who may leave, you need a team that could do a lot better and should be for a long term as well if you are that rich.

Mbappe will probably stay if those two leaves, and considering how much they are paying him, he will probably stay without a doubt. I think getting new players for those positions and better team all around for them could become a lot better. A team that is basically 5-4-1 in different shaping, is what they are doing and they could definitely make that work if they get younger and faster players.

Messi and Neymar have 54 scorer points taken together. I wouldn't exactly call them unreliable for that matter and Messi hasn't been unreliable at all. Neymar yes, due to his injuries.

Mbappe would be nuts if he doesn't leave PSG soon. What is a player like Mbappe looking for in Paris except for money? This guy is such a great soccer player and you think he should spend his career in Ligue 1? Someone like Haaland immediately ruled out PSG. He didn't even consider it for a second. He wants to play the best all the time, not just in some semifinal of the Champions League: MBappe is throwing away his career and the only thing saving it is that he is playing for the French national team and can win World Cups and European Championships. That is something Haaland can probably never do, which is a pity with Norway. But still, he wouldn't just go to Paris for the money. Mbappe in the Premier League would be amazing, seeing him play against all those top teams every weekend.
Mbappe is a star and that is the reason he was picked by PSG.  A team who desires to do well must go for stars and PSG didn't do wrong in picking Mbappe. The club wants to win European trophies and for that the went for Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe,  but this in my opinion I assume was too much for just 3 players. If PSG had considered buying a few more creative central midfielders and DM, maybe the club would go far more than that. I don't see anything wrong in Mbappe's decision of joining PSG,  I only see PSG to be as an unfit club that doesn't know the best route toward achievement.

The problem is that you barely know how strong you really are until you meet the best teams in Europe. When you play in Ligue 1 and you beat Troyes 3-1, how do you know whether you can beat Manchester City? But when Manchester City beats Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United, can they know whether they are weak or strong?

I don't like the idea that PSG gets pushed by a sheikh to win the Champions League. Because they buy the strongest players with a lot of money who then play sub their abilities for a whole season except for a couple of games in the Champions League.

Wouldn't rather want to see Mbappe play against the best teams in the Premier League? Isn't it more fun when he destroys a team like Manchester United instead of Troyes? What happens if a sheikh decides to push Dinamo Zagreb and buys Haaland, Vinicius Junior, some of the best and then you can watch the whole season the HNL if you want to see how the best players in the world win against HNK Gorica.

That apology video by Messi was really a professional move by Messi in my opinion. He was ready to do what the team want to do with him too as he stated. Maybe he doesn't want to stay here for now but he still doesn't act like he can do whatever he would like. This is an important attitude to have even if you are one of top players in football history. I appreciate it.

I hope that Messi stays at PSG for one more year at least if we don't see him returning to Barcelona this summer.

The Lions match was indeed a highly contested match. The Lions and the opposition attacked each other brilliantly and the goals were level at the end. But at the end of extra time, Lion managed to score a wonderful goal, which increased the interest and fun of the game.
Lyon did not embarrass itself in front of its own crowd as it took advantage of late time to score a penalty from Alexandre Lacazette in stoppage time. And this goal was the winning goal for the home team (Lyon) so that Lyon was able to level the points with Rennes, who are ranked sixth in the current Ligue1 standings. If Lyon can continue to be consistent like this in the remaining matches this season, it is very possible for Lyon to reach the top five positions at the end of this season.

Look who returned to training with PSG today, it's true that Lionel Messi caused a scene last week because PSG did not give permission to travel to Saudi Arabia. But yesterday Messi also apologized to the club and his colleagues regarding this matter and it seems that PSG accepted Messi's apology. Finally we can see Messi training again with the PSG main squad and ready to be part of continuing the next match. Regarding the two-week suspension sanction, it seems PSG has lifted it and they don't want to make the problem even longer.

What a finish between Lyon and Montpellier and Lyon hence keeping the chance to make it at least into the Conference League next season. If this doesn't give them a push for the upcoming games, I don't what could! Cheesy

I am sure Elyhe Wahi was already celebrating himself as the big hero of the game. But then everything turned against them and who is the real hero now? Lacazette, with four goals as well although as spectacular as Wahi who scored his goals within just 15 minutes. But who cares if you lose the game in the end. In this game the audience got something to watch for their money!
It was indeed an exciting game to watch. It was a tragedy for Montpelier who saw their winning in the first half, and there after cealed it with extra two goals in the early hours of the second half but Threw it all away as a result of absurd substitution. Wahi, Maouasad and Fayad we're the brain behind Montpelier way victory. This was changed after Maouasad and fayad were removed from the pitch leaving wahi who couldn't have a good ball play as a result of these substitution. I believe Micheal Zacharian has learnt from today mistake.
A historic match, a historic comeback. A player who scored 4 goals in both teams. A perfect match. I know I am exaggerating but there is no word to describe the level of interestingness of this match in my perpective. It's not for everyone to come and win from 4-1. That's the game. You will not give up, you will fight until the end. Even when the score was 4-2, it was a tremendous belief that the captain kept his team and fans excited. It's not an empty show, they really kept both the crew and the passengers together like a ship captain and they won the match together. Montpellier did its best, but such a strong comeback is really something else. Many thanks to both teams for this enjoyable match. It was a very important match for Lyon to enter the European competition and they beat them even though it was very difficult. I don't remember a comeback like this in a long time.

Its obvious PSG are better of without Messi, they don't need him. He wasn't making any good impacts to the team as expected, Mbappe is the key man here. I think Messi should start looking for a club because PSG will not extend his contract. They don't need him anymore, he disrespected the club and he has not given the club champions league they bought him for.  Yesterday I enjoyed the PSG game against Troyes, they should just keep the tempo like that for their remaining games till they lift the trophy.
As you think PSG is playing very well without Messi, my comment is also that Messi joining PSG has greatly damaged his career. Because the rest of PSG's players have repeatedly failed to give that kind of support to Messi. If Messi joined any other club, he would have achieved more surprises in his career so far.

PSG got enough great players and compared to many other French teams in the league they have better players and invested much more for this season, I think they should win games against all other teams in the league with or without Mesi, if you check the market value for PSG and Troyes you can see the difference between these two and winning Troyes is not something to surprise us at all.

Lionel Messi is back in training with the PSG team. But it may be true that Lionel Messi is no longer at PSG. Tell me how much you know about this. But I think Lionel Messi's next career will be a bit better if he leaves PSG. Because the team is not focusing much on Lionel Messi in PSG. On the other hand, the coach of PSG does not know how to play Lionel Messi.

That's really incredible scores and i never thought Montpellier could be able to performing well until 55 minutes and Elye Wahi is became the player who very difficult to guarded because i have seen he was able to broke Lyon defensive lines several times but unfortunately after leading 4-1 Montpellier cannot able to managed their consistency and Lyon has just make epic comeback and collect 3 points from this match besides that i have notice that since return to Lyon from Arsenal Lacazette goals records is very amazing that so far he was scores 24 goals from 31 matches and this also makes him able to compete with Mbappe as the top scorer of Ligue 1 for this season
A very interesting match was played by both teams, they scored a total of 9 goals in this match and in the end Lyon managed to win the match. Correct. Montpellier were very good especially until the 55th minute after they managed to score their 4th goal. But it's a shame they couldn't maintain the advantage they got until the long whistle sounded. Lyon on the other hand did not give up hope of scoring goals to make them reduce the score and in the end they managed to turn things around.

Actually, Lionel Messi didn't have a big influence on the game of Paris Saint Germain, it's just that the gathering of star players makes the movement of a player not pay much attention. How many Paris Saint Germain players have come under the spotlight apart from Neymar, Messi and Mbappe, I don't think I've heard much about the players other than the three I mentioned. It shows that the presence of many star players makes our attention focus only on those players. And clearly this is detrimental for a team.

The team they played against was Troyes and you can judge for yourself how strong they are in Ligue 1 this season and even last season.
The depth of PSG squad as it stands needs to be maintained because it affects them as a whole in the title race, not just in Ligue 1 but also at the European level.
PSG need to prepare other players when Messi and Neymar are no longer at the Parc des Princes. It's not enough to rely on Kylan Mbappe. I think so.

Mbappe will probably stay if those two leaves, and considering how much they are paying him, he will probably stay without a doubt. In addition to what was said above, PSG efforts to pay Mbappe's high salary and extend the duration of the contract, I think one of the strong reasons is because of his young age which can still be used as a long-term PSG project compared to Neymar and Messi who have entered an age that is not optimal for a professional soccer player.

Troyes vs PSG
Troyes is not a tough opponent for PSG, look at the difference in their current position in the standings. Troyes have conceded 70 goals in 33 games so far, they are the second worst team in defense after Angers with his 73 goals. Even if PSG are not reinforced by Messi for personal reasons, I think Mbappe will bring PSG to win this match with a score of maybe more than 4 goals.

The defeat to Lorient in the last game should be a separate motivation for PSG today. They can't afford to lose anything for the rest of the season as that would put them in danger of not winning the title this season. Today PSG has a very high probability of winning, so I won't place any doubts on them.

As I said at the beginning of the post, that Troyes is not a difficult opponent for PSG. it's just that, at this time PSG is experiencing a little problem, especially in the locker room. plus, some players are still wracked with injuries. also, Hakimi who was suspended for a red card. things like this, can make the team experience a crisis of confidence problem. so it's only natural that there are many who doubt PSG's performance, especially when they play without Messi.
one thing we need to remember, that a strong team will not always win every game even against a very weak team. in football, anything can happen. in this phase, PSG is being tested on how the team works against Troyes. fortunately, Troyes played very weak. so, Galtier's squad team can dominate the match easily.

One more thing, the point we are referring to is the stakes. that betting on PSG is not ideal with odds @ 1.29, to bet on Troyes is very risky even though the odds given are very tempting. so, I said that ideally bet another option. however, what I predicted was slightly off the mark with a score of 3-1.
by the way, PSG succeeded in getting 3 points and made sure to keep their distance from the team below them.

Besides that psg also closed this week's match with a victory.  Even without Messi, PSG game in today's game is quite impressive. They were able to steal full points at home to their opponents which made them comfortable at the top of the standings. Messi will miss one more game in the match against ajaccio in the upcoming match.
PSG won comfortably with two goals difference vs a weak team. Troyes will leave Ligue 1 by the end of the season for sure along with Ajaccio and Angers. Nantes still have a chance to stay.
Messi-less PSG secured a 3-1 win over Troyes, 19th in the points table. Lionel Messi was sidelined for the match against Troyes due to suspension. As PSG's midfield is relatively weak, PSG focused a lot on the midfield in this match. The midfield star formed an attacking unit against Troyes with 5 players. S. Ramos played his best in the central bank position. PSG got over 91% accurate passes from him in today's match and he was the most-rated player in the match.

I don't know the brain behind Mess's trip to Saudi Arabia that leads to his suspension but all I know is that he was too insensitive and shallow to have taken such a decision.  No club will condone such. I'm happy that PSG was able to dominate the game yesterday,  even more than they have been in Messi's present. Playing a relegation team this day is not an easy task, Coupled with Messi's absence I wasn't expecting such a spectacular performance from them. I think PSG has more reasons to believe in Sergio Ramos.

Following this win, PSG has extended their six points lead and stay at the top of Ligue 1. Troyes, sit in 19th place in the points table, have not managed to win any of their last six games. So, it may not be the most impressive result vs a weak team with a two goals difference victory, it's still important three points for them. After all, they had previously lost to a team that was placed 10th in the league, so there was always the possibility of another upset. However, on this time, PSG put in a solid performance and managed to get victory against Troyes.
The winning result that Paris Saint Germain must get is to win this match. Their statistics say that the difference between these two teams is significant, so it will be very disappointing if Paris Saint Germain fail to win this easy game. It is very likely that next season Paris Saint Germain will be left with several star players, and that sounds pretty loud right now. Yes they have to be prepared to make big transfers next season. That's what they always do.
PSG vs Troyes ended up winning quite dramatically, PSG even made 12 'shots on goal' in that match, lucky enough for Troyes to only concede 3 goals.  Mbappe's position as Ligue 1's top scorer this season is a little threatened because Lacazette also managed to collect 24 goals.  most likely he will replace mbappe's dominance as the top scorer.

PSG easy victory over Troyes further increased PSG chances of winning the 2022/2023 Ligue 1 season, an additional three points making PSG six points ahead of its closest competitor Lens. PSG only need two wins and a draw to secure their position and become champions this season. The next two matches are very easy for PSG considering that the opponents facing AC Ajaccio are in the Relegation Zone, while other opponents Auxerre are still struggling to stay away from the red zone.
The player material owned by PSG and its focus is only on Ligue 1, it is certain that PSG will succeed in adding to the coffers of the title this season.

Against Troyes was not difficult for PSG and even without Messi and Neymar they should have won this game. Maybe the thing that surprised him was that PSG were able to win again without this player, even though in the previous match they lost to Lorient and naturally they had to get rid of their dependence on star players. Even Galtier installed 5 midfielders in this match and it went pretty well, their ball flow looks much more efficient.

But this result is only temporary, if PSG don't make a major overhaul next summer, at least they have to bring in 2 or 3 creative midfielders to make it easier to supply the ball to the opponent. With a few more games remaining before PSG lift the Ligue 1 trophy and given their next opponents mostly weak teams at the bottom of the table, this should be an easy game to close out the season with a title.
