That's why if you've won such good amounts, try to stabilize it and take your money. Enjoy that day and leave the table and go somewhere else. Because if you'll stay for a longer time, you'll just gonna be suck by the bad luck you will have and that will make your day bad because of losing some money again and much worse, losing all your gain for that month in a split seconds.

Thats a good idea, empty the wallet after reaching a pre determined achievable amount,
that way you cant start chasing lisses as easy if its not there.

I decided to create this thread for sharing and at the same time to know how many user experience this so bad experience.

Been winning small amount from 10$ to 50$ for a month. I manage to get a total profit of 500$+ by just playing slowly then taking profit whenever I already have until one I decided to play small amount out of boredom just casually betting a minimum bet of 0.1$.

I never experienced a single win that will put my bankroll at profit even though I’m losing a lot until I become impatient and start doing bonus buy that result to more losses and bust all my profit because I keep chasing to win anything.

I realized that the severe bad luck will always hit us at some point so we should always learn to stop especially if we are on the influence of confidence boost from our winning streak. It’s suck but in the end I didn’t lose my original bankroll.

Ah this has happened me on a few occasions. I was very disciplined and stuck to
my plan and then in a moment of pure confidence lost a bet, and another and
then got into a bad luck losing streak.

Should have stuck to my plan and not start chasing losses

Sometimes, greed ruins everything. If you’re consistently winning every month, even with small amounts, it shows your consistency. But a lack of discipline can ruin everything. Man, you need to change your approach. Maybe you have the skills to win, but your lack of self-control could become a major problem. It’ll only lead to frustration, and worse, it might even push you toward addiction.

To keep winning, you need to have control over both your mind and emotions. That’s the key to staying consistent. Also, be realistic, if you want to win big, then adjust your bankroll accordingly. Both should align. There’s no problem with risking more if you’re confident, but don’t rush things. Take it slow and steady.
Absolutely. Greed will lose it all. Learn to slow down and not rush things. If you're lucky, you will win, but if not, you should not chase your luck to the point of risking all your funds, that will definitely turn all our profits back into losses. And before you knew it, you lose everything because you trust your greed more than your own careful analysis on the game you played.

Whether you're in a winning or losing streak, learn to control yourself and stop.

This is a great tip, like I mentioned before - you actually don’t have to wait till you hit your target before you call it a quit.

There are times when you get so close to your target and then start to lose all of a sudden, so make sure you have a flexible target and even if you don’t hit it just make sure you withdraw some profits and then you can continue playing (or you can just stop completely) till next time.

Winding down.
Whether you're in a winning or losing streak, learn to control yourself and stop. Do not chase your luck, or even chase to recover your losses, that will only lead to bigger losses. Good thing you managed not to touch your bankroll balance, otherwise you will end your day so tiring and frustrated. That's one thing we should be aware about gambling.

The best thing to do after having a huge win in gambling is to first take your money out of it, this may have to include a rough estimates on how much you might have spent over gambling for some time, secondly, you can also manage to make some little investment from he money, lastly, try to reduce the time and frequency of gambling, this is just to avoid you from making much losses as you gamble often and don't play complicated games or bets by putting in a small amount for instance lesser than a dollar to win for $75 or so as the case may be.
This is what I usually do after achieving a major win or hit my target for the weekend, it's the safest option, but sometimes we ignore the risk and proceed gambling. Then, we stumble upon a loss which hits right in the spot and we continue gambling due to being a little emotional over our broken streak. Something which I have also noticed, although it's not what the OP described but something similar, is that minor wins of relatively low risk are usually more likely to result in a major loss.

I remember when playing the Crash game aiming at low multipliers, I'd constantly lose money, more than I could recoup with my minor gains. The same also applied to what I considered guaranteed bets on football, with low odds, that proved me otherwise.

This is gambling, so it is inevitable that such circumstance will happen. You are collecting small winnings, and yet, one losing bet can change it all. So if you believe you have some already, why not withdraw those winnings and leave small amount to continue your game. In the case of losing, at least you have something left for you.

That winning confidence can be very damaging sometimes and with the confidence you continue chasing loses expecting to land in some wins and continue your winning streak. You were lucky you didn't lose your capital. The Deciding power of individuals is always under test in a gambling setting and most times the casino wins and individual profits and funds drained.

I also think that the reason for your mindless loss is that you failed to withdraw your excesses from the casino. Leaving it on your casino balance increase the urge to gamble with it by 100%.

That's right since feeling like we should continue to gamble because we are so confident that we could hit those wins later on is somehow the big common problems with gamblers. It kills luck and we are doing stressful betting without those people noticing it that's why lots of them end up on huge losses.

That's why proper realization on everything we do while gambling is important and we should be in control always so that we can avoid these type of thinking. Also to make sure that we can stop when winning and control some damage we got if we are losing.

You need to set three limits:
  • Maximum amount of money invested (or lost, if you prefer);
  • Maximum amount of money earned;
  • Time spent gambling.

Many people believe that they only need to be careful with the first limit and that if they don't spend more than they are willing to lose, then everything is fine. But no...
If you win a lot of money and don't know how to stop or withdraw part of it, it is very likely that you will lose it all in the next games and become very frustrated, because the disappointment of losing what you had already won is sometimes much greater than losing over and over until your bankroll is empty.

The time limit is also very important, because there is no point in only making small bets or staying in a "tie" winning and losing the same amount of money, but spending hours and hours in front of the computer and forgetting that there is a world beyond it with other opportunities for entertainment, family and friends. Too much time playing will make you an addicted gambler.

I hope you didn't lose too much money, see this as a learning opportunity, evaluate what went wrong, set limits and come back to the game more focused on meeting them.

Gradual winning and gradual loosing in a summary is quite huge amount of money which we might really think it's a common amount when we've enough money to play with in the casinos.
While on the winning, we feel like doubling the wager since the luck is currently there and when and when we're loosing we could still the thought about wagering higher so that if we're lucky to win, we could possibly recover the losts.
Just quite unfortunate that we fails to realize that we've just little chances to win which should remind us to leave at the right time and also not being able to desperate to win.

There is actually some simple psychology in play here that would make sense for casinos to harness. People are generally pretty crappy at calculating odds, so if as a casino you are able to build the illusion in a players mind that all those small losses are offset by various "medium size" payouts returned to them, yet still manage to drain their wallet over time, then you are going to be banking a lot of profits. Generally casinos will only tolerate a profit making player up to a certain point, they are more lenient with casino games where it is statistically impossible for you to make long term profits than sports bets - where it is theoretically possible to make a consistent profit versus the house, but they will cut you off eventually and prevent you placing any meaningful size bets.

A very common thing that do happen on a certain individual specially to those who do gamble on which on the time that we are really that making up some winning in our own ways, lets say that you are making up some bets on small amounts and turned out to be profitable. Then there's really that time that you would really be thinking up that you will be trying out to make up some bets on bigger amount to fasten up on making your gambling winnings to be much more bigger, and since you are really that comfortable on the current things that you've been doing since of winning constantly then most likely you will really be doing it. On the moment that you have experienced a series of loses then you will really be trying out to catch up with those loses and trying out to break even. This is a usual stuff and thats why gambling business is profitable by its owners.

People do only realize on things at the time or moment that they do experience such stuffs on where they would really be thinking up that they could be able to win up constantly and become confident. At the time or moment that shit things happen then this is where they do learn up that there are indeed times that we are really that on bad luck. At the time that we do make out some realizations then our gambling capital had already blown away. Regrets do always come at the end and not on the beginning.

It doesn't just apply to you but it applies to everyone in the gambling system. That's why we should learn to stop without being too greedy because when your bets come in profit in a row, you should have a tendency to control and you have to remember that after repeated winnings, you will definitely lose your bets.

Most gamblers are greedy if they win multiple bets so that they want to win every bet. If a gambler loses control due to greed and starts betting in a rush then there is a possibility that his balance will be bankrupt at some point. And such bankruptcies are common in gambling.

Or maybe every day can be a lucky day? It only needs some proper bankroll, guts to play (because even some has a bankroll, they won't still play for some reasons), and lastly choosing/browsing a better game to play (you know, those games that makes you feel that they are generous even by just trying them a couple of spins). But for most people, what you said there is what mostly applies to them. This is what they always believe.

For me, as long as money is there, I keep on firing that one slot game of my favourite (Big Bass Splash by Pragmatic Play). I found out that after a long roll, the volatility will then switch on one side (or on my side, if  I've been losing like hell earlier).

But there is just instances that I already lose all my bankroll and the volatility is still on the same location (negative/losing side). To have a confidence is alright but not to the point that we are confident of chasing our losses. That was wrong, as we know that it is hard to beat the system of gambling/casino. A gambler might be hard-headed now but some can still change their approach later on. It is tiredful too though. As we know that we don't just pick up the money in the roads/streets but we work hard for it.

Well I think the experience you experienced is also experienced by most gamblers, as you said that previously you could always make a profit with the way you had but because you felt bored with that way then you changed the way you played and in the end at the same time the game was really not on your side and in the end you lost some money, actually that's a very natural and common scenario in gambling, the problem here is that often the gamblers themselves make things worse.

Like what you did where instead of stopping when you experienced a loss but you actually continued, that's the danger of having excessive self-confidence, so my advice is never to involve previous results with future results, because that will only make you continue to force yourself to play because of the belief that you can get a win because you have also succeeded in achieving it before, but it is a fact that in gambling the next result does not depend on the previous result, but on the other hand fortunately you don't lose everything.

You can't win without playing, but the one who plays eventually loses. That's the truth, you want to hear it or not and I bet you know it deep inside, but continue to play because the urge is stronger than common sense. We've all been there. You don't chase a win, you chase the feeling, the adrenaline, that moment when you feel like a boss, like a winner. You chase the ease of mind you feel when you win and get to spend some money.

I have a solution for you. Try trading, investing. It all brings out similar feelings with less risk than gambling. IMO there's no way to play it safe enough not to experience a losing streak. Best you can do is mitigate losses and make sure you save some money for another session.

This is so freaking difficult even with 0.05 dollars bets so tell us your secret as you say you have been winning all month. I have been losing since January 4 2024 every single f*cking day and hold the absolute world record of bad luck, you seem to be doing well and I would suggest just take 500 every month which is quite a nice achievement in nowadays economy and I suggest sticking to it. Personally I can feel you, I have also lost every single day because even in days when I was winning with lower bets I used to increase the bet size and boom, money gone in an instant. I don't think you have severe bad luck as long as you can win with small bets, I cannot win with small bets from many months now and it is like an horror story. I am also interested to know which casino you play that lets you build up.
Not a good one, you shouldn't have to be unfortunate for this long maybe you just need a break to cool. I believe OP is sincerely saying this out of experience because i also was passing through the same experience, i prefer gambling on sports betting so then i rather just pack lots of games summing up to large odds which i will stake with an average amount and usually lost unlike now in for some months i have been able to get as little i may call it in my own fiat and it has really been helping out in my daily little transactions, i often do overall records on my total amount gambled in a month and through my calculations i have been making decent amount than loses.

I might not be good in any other gambling experiences aside sports betting, the trick is betting on games with total of 2 odds in a day, the chances of losing more in a week should be less than or just 2 out of the seven days.

This experience is the biggest challenge most gamblers face, When you tried to be greedy, the restaurant effect is that you lose heavily, your experience was somehow like mine, grew my betting account overtime by taking it slowly with small stakes and equally cashing out to my bank account,  but at some point, thought it was right time to raise my stakes to a bigger account so I can win a bit bigger with the strategy I'm using and that's when I started to lose and until blew the account which I took time to grow.
