I did , first time it happened they said they couldn't find anything wrong , I left it at that , thought I didn't simply remember right my balance before buying the bonus , second time next day when it happened again , I basically had an 10 $ balance , bought an 8 $ bonus that paid around 5 $ , so my balance should have been 10 $ -3 $ ( -3 $ being the amount lost on the bonus ) , but after the bonus ended my balance was something like 3 $ .. they said they'll contact the gaming provider to see what's going on .

And the 3d time last night , I was playing a different provider , I got an 80x on my bet , 10 cents bet , screen showed 8 $ win , to my balance on friends.casino only 3 $ were added . Contacted them again , they looked into it for about 30 minutes , and said they will contact the game provider aswell..

The 1st game was from Belaltra , the 2nd game that bugged was from Playson , so 2 different providers with the same issue , I kind of doubt it was an error on providers side.

Do you have bets history on your account provided by casino? If no, which provider you were playing? As far as I know, most provider with buy bonus feature has its own bets history. If what you say is true then you can show the bets history and compare it with your balance. The most simple way, you may ask them about your bets log or balance log to check if there is an issue with the game.

Are you not concerned about the implications of this?

This is a big no-no for crypto gambling because people are wary of handing over info to random sites on the other side of the world.

I suggest that if you are concerned that people will abuse the bonus, get rid of it entirely instead of implementing KYC procedures which is frowned upon.

The same thought came to my mind first. My guess is that such a solution was adopted in order not to scare new players away with the KYC requirement, but surely many of them will feel cheated. What people can see at this moment is not final and I admit it can look a bit weird, however it will be fixed soon.
However there will be no separate page with news etc. according to our design.
