OP is on a good start getting a copper account and a well-designed announcement, he really knows how to promote here in Bitcointalk but unfortunately, he fails to keep up, after you posted here people are going to review your casino and ask important questions before they start joining and playing, some of the important questions right now are the KYC but it's been 4 days that he failed to show up and answer this question and other important questions.

They can’t stand into that competition here if they are not that active, and yeah marketing campaign is the key to succeed just like the other gambling site here, they are one of the best now. Every business, not only a casino, needs a marketing campaign to be successful.
I don't know if the marketing person at Friends.Casino knows the possibilities offered by Bitcointalk.
This thread was started 5 days ago and we have a weekend. Let's give them a little more time and I'm sure we'll see how they want to promote themselves.

The KYC issue is not yet addressed and it's a big concern he is posting that you can play without KYC but on their TOS they ask for KYC, there is a contradiction and the contradiction is on the most important rule before playing in a casino, I cannot play on a casino that has a vague policy especially on a new site that has not to establish it's reputation yet.
In principle, there is no contradiction in his statements and information contained in ToS.
He wrote that KYC is not required to play and that is correct. However, ToS says that KYC may be required. Probably this information is included in there for you to use in case of suspicion of money laundering. However, it would be good if it was clarified.

Friends.Casino's website states that it is owned by New Wave Entertainment co. ltd. with registration number 216201 and physical location at 306 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. Google search shows many companies with this name but none that I could find with that address. Could someone please let me know if there is a Seychelles Business Register online where this information can be verified?

Yes it sounds like a trap because he said players are allowed to play without KYC but it will be required to pass KYC when it comes to withdrawal. This is why we should always read T&C before deciding to play in any gambling site. Friends casino should be as friendly as possible like its name, I suggest them to remove the KYC requirement for withdrawal. They may reserve the right to ask KYC for special conditions only like what we usually see in most other casinos.

I visited your site, simple and clean. The name of your casino seems to me like a place to hangout with friends, encouraging to play with friends, something like that.
I guess they need us to verify our account, which means doing KYC before we withdraw the funds. If that is right, that will not be good for members as some of us does not want to do KYC just to play gambling. I suspect that these KYC and AML documents are not his, but rather that he has simply copied them from other websites or that he picked them up pre-made out of a template. A quick Google search turns up several gambling websites with the same content. It explains why the published content differs from his explanations here. It seems he did not adapt these texts to match the actual terms of his platform.
I consider this to be a serious red flag regarding the legitimacy of this casino.
It is a big red flag until he fixes this and made clear, we should cease playing here, we always recommend or reminds our friends to always check the TOS of the casino they are playing, in this case, what he is saying is very much different from his TOS, he urged players to break their own rule if this is a copy from other casino's TOP then he must log in to his Cpanel and edit it and he should do it asap.

and the prob up until now, though he was online reading all those posts pertaining to kyc, he has not addressed it yet. so why avoiding this important aspect?
so for those players who don't want to submit kyc, better avoid this casino for now. the op is not answering about this feature as published on their site. submitting vital info is not a joke as you are trusting the site to secure that info of yours.

There is no other feasible way they can go about their business like this. It's just too good to be true if there are no wagering requirements whatsoever on the first deposit bonus...

@Friends.Casino, I first want to welcome you to the Bitcointalk forum. I visited your website and the first thing that struck me was the clean design, which I find straightforward and appealing. The only thing I don't like is your logo.
I am assuming that you got this logo from some free stock vector collection since it looks cheap and unprofessional. I think every casino needs a strong brand to compete successfully with strong competition.
I also noticed the vague language in your KYC/AML policy and your Terms and Conditions. Did you copy this from other websites without editing it for your needs? For example, your KYC policy mentions the Curacao license. Do you have one? I couldn't find one on your website.

It would be nice if you would address some of the concerns and questions raised here by other forum members, most especially on the subject of KYC and the no-wagering deposit bonus. You're definitely going to run out of bankroll at an accelerated rate if you do not impose some kind of system to protect your bonus from being gamed on.
Most of the terms on your T&C are extremely vague, that it'll be hard for new users to actually know whether they're being scammed or not.

You didn't access their site?. I read their KYC policy but you need to complete KYC when you withdraw and the merchant will review them in 3 business days. So it is true that you don't need KYC to play since it is not stated in their KYC policy that you must complete KYC before you can play. Not in favor with a casino that ask KYC when you request to payout but I did tried gambling in a site where KYC could be implemented when you withdraw and they find it suspicious but not like this that KYC is a must.
