I dont believe that gambling sites would really be giving out that kind of opportunity for them to at least giving out some chance for someone to win up games just for marketing purposes?
Its not something that they would really be doing on but it would really be that great if ever they would really be that fair and turns out that someone do make out some huge winning

LOL... Publicizing it is more dangerous than publishing the winner. Nobody aspires to be a loser in the world of gambling, so this is purely a marketing technique. My guess is that if there were top losers published here, some people would only sympathize and say "stay careful, and make sure you gamble with money you can afford to lose".
