Because there exists no payment system that works as smoothly as a national cash transfer.
The languages in India are already in a huge variety adding countries like SL, maldives, Pakistan will NOT be a cool thing to do.
Although I support the idea of AKHAND BHARAT in reality.
What has payment system got anything to do with it? People selling/buying coins can always specify what payment methods they accept.
All the countries in the sub-continent have English speaking populations. Language is not going to be an issue. If it does become an issue we can split the boards.
LOL payment systems has got EVERYTHING to do with bitcoins, a person willing to buy bTC in Bangladesh or Pakistan will not be able to smoothly transact with a person selling coins from - nepal .. (Oh yes there IS a miner in Nepal who is pretty popular)
What kind of bull is this? Have you not heard of western union, moneygram, swift wire transfer, moneybookers ? All of these are international money transfer systems available around the world.
And anyway there is no reason why people have to transact with those living outside their country. They can deal with their own countrymen. From the main marketplace:

Lets keep this thread dedicated to what it was intended for. A guy from BD willing to buy from India and lets not go to that place where we both end up pissing each other off.
As far as those payment systems are considered, none of them are flawless and there are heavy restrictions imposed on individuals sending money out from a country like India.
The WHOLE IDEA of a subforum is to facilitate people from the same country to interact with each other and transact with each other, do meetups, cash exchange etc .. obviously no one would go to maldives from bhutan JUST because he met a guy on Bitcoin Talk's United India forum to BUY btc ..
