I stand with Ukraine!
both are my account withdrawal and recipient .
I know but you use your Metamask as a sender and Kucoin account as a receiver.

Bad news is with Metamask wallet, you have its mnemonic seed then private key and you can import it to access to any chain supports by Metamask like ERC-20, BSC (Binance Smart Chain), and more.

With Kucoin account, you don't have its seed and private key, then your only chance is waiting for their support. You can not use your public key to import it to another chain. Kucoin owns that wallet private key, not you.

If possible or if you know the direct process of  Ethereum network address is accessible on every network with ease. It is only a matter of exporting the private key and importing it to the correct network, please let me know.
You are thinking wrongly here.

You are using an exchange, use the public address that exchange credits to your account and gives it to you. You don't have private key/ mnemonic seed of that public address. Hence you are unable to use its private key to import that wallet on other chains. It is one of risk when you use public address as your receiving address in online account.

Many altcoin blockchain started with ERC20 so their address is exactly Ethereum ERC20 address. Very few of them built their own chain with unique format for public address since beginning. It is confusing for newbies.

I have transferred USDT from My metmask BNB network to kucoin erc-20 network Address but still not arrived on kucoin after 12 hours. when i check on bscscan through TxID it is showing success.

I am sorry to say but your USDT are now lost. ERC20 uses Ethereum blockchain. In place of ERC20 wallet on Kucoin you should have used the BEP20. Which by the way at the moment shows unavailable.

As previously stated by OmegaStarScream, there is still a chance to recover his lost coins. KuCoin has established protocols for retrieving coins that have been mistakenly transferred to the wrong network, which is the current situation. The OP should carefully read and adhere to the guidelines outlined in the following link: What Should I Do If Deposit Wrong Crypto?

Step 1. Collect the following information.
(1) Your KuCoin UID and registered email address or phone number.
(2) The name and the amount of the coins you deposited.
(3) The TXID of the transaction.
(4)  The screenshot of the transfer record from the withdrawal platform.

Ensure that the TXID, coin type, amount, and address are shown on the screenshot.
If you deposited from a private wallet such as MEW, provide a screenshot of your account address.

Step 2. Submit a request to the KuCoin Support team and provide the information collected.
I have done this process they are asking time certain days.

When you contact Kucoin, do not accept the answer that "assets can not be retrieved if they are not sent to the correct network". Tell them that you are aware that an Ethereum network address is accessible on every network with ease. It is only a matter of exporting the private key and importing it to the correct network. Badger them profusely until you get your funds back. Do not accept that they are lost.

Good luck and next time please be more careful.
thanks for suggestion, i have already submitted ticket on kucoin regarding this.

You transferred USDT from one blockchain (BEP20) to another blockchain ERC20. ERC20 is an Ethereum blockchain. It is not possible to transfer directly, only by exchanging through a bridge or some exchanger. You can forget about your USDT.

The reason why Op has not seen his transaction in his wallet his because kucoin suspended BEP20 for usdt assuming it was other tokens Op would have been his transaction because both ERC20 and BEP20 are the same in kucoin(I checked for busd and some other tokens).

So technically it was not because he transferred from one blockchian to another, and with replies, I have seen and read so far there's still hope that he'll receive his Usdt back so it's still too early for him to give up on his coin.

6. Deposit to the wrong address or deposit of the wrong coin
Such transactions will not be credited to your KuCoin account. Please contact our online support for further assistance.

Based on this you need to contact the Kucoin support for further assistance, but don't hope too much because this kind mistake mostly the coin is gone since it's not their fault, but yours.

Although BSC network address and ETH network address is same, if you're send to the exchange, they might using a difference receive address. If you send to non custodial wallet, it should be fine.

You sent it to an exchange, you need to contact the exchange, OmegaStarScream give you the right thing to do. Supposing you sent it to your noncustodial wallet, it is your seed phrase or priivate key, you would have seen the coin, or would have been told to import the seed phrase or private key to a wallet that support the network that you sent it to and you would have seen your coin easily and be able to spend. The seed phrase or the private key belongs to Kucoin, Kucoin has your USDT with them.

On Kucoin, BSC is suspended, if not that it is suspended, it wouldn't have been like this. You can check this which I take from Kucoin USDT network withdraw list. The network supported:

I saw BNB to be suspended, probably if no more suspended, he should see his coin. But the best he can now is to contact Kucoin customer care, they may help.

I think you made a mistake regarding this if you are on a binance network the reciever should be in bep20 network also
if you are in an erc20 network or what we call ethereum network  you should select erc20/eth network, or else it will not be received and lost

best way is to contact them, i have a friend who deposit with the wrong network and the exchange return the money, but it takes like almost a month,
the event happen in binance, so i don't know if kucoin will help you with that,
Note: it is important to look and double check what network you are using and make sure the receiving end is the same.

It's not total lost... The exchange support can still resolve that, it has gone beyond automatic deposit they will have to do it manually now, the OP just need to file a complaints

Try contacting the support of kucoin I guess your mistake might have been from using the ERC-20 address for Bsc tokens, most exchanges have different address for different networks. Use your transaction hx and contact their support team.

Check through your wallet, the money have already left your deposited address into their account which is a normal process by centralized exchanges. But since it has not reflected on your balance you will need to contact them.

ERC-20 is Ethereum's network and not Binance's. That's why it's not showing.

The only way to retrieve the funds is:

- You can reach out to the exchange and ask to recover the funds for you: https://www.kucoin.com/support/900006117646

- Wait until Kucoin fix their problems with BSC network. I can see that BSC is listed when you try to withdraw or deposit USDT. It's just unavailable at the moment.
