Creating account is easy and earning is not that difficult like you can earn 1500 to 5000 followers with in a week or two if you push your time and work enough to gather this followers. (If you dedicate all your time with in a week then you can earn 3k followers with in it. trust me. try to PM me.
I sold my twitter account here on forum, someone created thread WTB twitter account with crypto related followers. I wrote that I have one shared link to my twitter profile with 1600 followers. He offered me 15 dollars in bitcoins for account and I agreed.

Now the question arises: how many hours did it take you to create that twitter account and to raise 1600 followers? Divide 15 dollars for that number of of hours and you will know exactly whih your hourly wage is.

I am not sure where buy twitter account you can buy out of market place. I really proud for this situation in the crypto market but this is not proper place to buy twitter account because its not a real followers. If you can try to do create a account and campaign your link then you get a real followers.
I would prefer creating my own twitter account than buying from anyone. It would be more challenging and more accomplished when you get your followers your own way. But buying is easier and more convenient but not that good idea. I hope you can find one if you really want to if someone is willing to sell their twitter and if the price is right.
Why you need twitter account with 3k followers? You will join to bounty campaign If I know or you have other purposes. But buying twitter is not good for me because you did not know what is the past of the twitter account incase you buy. You can create at your own and do your best to get more followers.
If you put yourself at work on Twitter with some skills you can rise 3000 followers in a few weeks. Since it's so easy to get 3000 followers there also will probably be people willing to sell their accounts with 3000 followers, which they can then rebuild for themselves in a few weeks. But no idea where exactly you would find them, perhaps somewhere here on the forum.

To be honest it's quiet easy to make a twitter and get 3k followers, what i do is after make your own twitter account, follow all twitter account who use #bitcoin #ethereum and many else about cryptocurrency hashtag. Also follow other twitter account that do bounties.

not easy to find twitter account follower that much but I suggest you give an offer or a nominal number in usd or currency it will attract interested. reallyjust mysuggestion
I don't see the point in buying a Twitter account. To add readers will not be difficult, it's simple. So don't be lazy))
I do not approve of this idea. Pages for twitter accounts are usually hacker cabinets. Or even use the related tools to create fake, virtual followers. You really have a bounty that does the wrong thing, even there are risks involved. 
To buy a legit account you need to find the good trader who is selling the accounts for the bitcoin payment and along with the good reputation here. If you get the accounts from here they will never sell the fake followers Twitter accounts mate.
If the bounty has been misused by anyone, If bounty manager notice it means they will definitely trash them out easily mate.

Be careful. Twitter is just a social network. You can create your own account yourself.
I am thinking on that one too, why buy when you can create one easily. Buying online is just risky as investing here in crypto. Don't ever trust anyone here.

There are some group members who sell their twitter account here, you should look in the auctions section. There are some forum members who sell their twitter account. But it would be nice to create your own account rather than buy, you will enjoy every process to wait for 1 followers to come to you. That will give you your own satisfaction for your own original twitter.

You can just start now if you want, you can create your own account and gain follower with that number in less than a week... I can help you with it... In natural way... No auto app no bots just you and your effort...
i personally think its better to create your own twitter account. Even if you manage to buy a twitter account then you will still need a phone number to verify your account. you don't wanna go through the hassle.
