Well this is just my perspective though its more neccesary to grow your twiiter acc not to buy and if you wanted to buy you better gather some intel , and talk in p2p or person to person , where you agree or even bargain depend on what price or what is the seller want or you want. I just want to leave an advice for you , dont be an instant , do the hard work and surely it pays off. Be wise and be careful there are tons of sellers yes but there are many , millions and even billions of scammer. So be aware and good luck.

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't bounty twitter account be your own account? Most twitter accounts that you can buy have fake followers and will have very low twitteraudit score, so I don't suggest buying one. It is always better to take your time and grow your own account naturally. Otherwise you risk being banned by a bounty campaign.
At the very least always check twitteraudit before buying anything

To start with, I know people actually buy Twitter accounts, Twitter followers etc, but there are some outstanding questions;

When you buy the account with the followers, who exactly are these followers? What are their interests? Why and how did they get to follow the account in question?

You see, if you buy an account which has a following that later falls out with the actual use you’ll be putting the account to, based on the content you publish, then you gradually lose the followers and may have to go down the growth curve again and start building the following again

Creating a twitter account takes 5 minutes and making 3k followers will require 15 days of hard work. Infact, you can use Hootsuite or buffer paid apps to grow your content / network. Instead of paying someone in open market to buy their twitter account.

Always remember, if someone has to scam you they will take your money and will not give you twitter accounts in return. Hence, better to do a little bit of hard work but stay safe

Buying a twitter account? there are so many sellers everywhere, you can find it in social media like facebook etc, even in this forum also you can find it, i've seen some and do not deepen it deeper because i'm not interested. I do not understand why you bought it, will not having an account built from scratch be better? But whatever your goal is I hope you remain cautious to transact in the online world.

These days, its better to build account rather than buying it because you might think you have control at the moment but it won't last for long. Once in a while, I get notification from Twitter concerning my account to either confirm the phone number or the email attached, sometimes the account get locked due to forgetting password and sometimes change in IP address accessing the account. When these happens, you need to have the information that was used to open the account in the first place otherwise, its locked forever which means loss of the amount spent in buying it in the first place.

I would only suggest to get or buy from highly rated crowdsourcing sellers as some of the new accounts are fakes and hackers. Or you could do a trial and error from different sellers from you to find a good deal as most of them are dirt cheap.

Yeah followers is a hard task sometimes, even with providing quality posts and content there are millions and millions of accounts out there and it can be so hard to get followers at times!
Not sure if you are allowed to buy Twitter accounts.

You don't need to buy twitter account if you have oone, actually its easy to reach that followers, you need to follow all crypto related, i mean if you see their BIO that put hashtag like #Bitcoin,#Ico#Eth you just follow them 'cause there is a possibility to follow you too
