Fluctuating hashrates is normal behavior... On average it should be fine though (if you don't have rejected shares)

did you download the ccminer of the OP? have a look at the example.bat That should do the job

Just started mining on fresh.pool.mn and this user keeps popping up with a hashrate of like 1,500,000,000 khs , makes about 15 to 20 billion shares in a few minutes and vanishes until a new block pops. Is that normal? It seems like it tanks everyone's rewards for the day. Sorry Im kinda new to mining.
I've banned a fake share user yesterday on suprnova after a few mins.. could be its him, since it doesn't work on suprnova anymore.
try different pools.
So its a hack or something?

I know of hashharder, maxminers and hardcoreminers who have it fixed too, so if you need a backup or just want to compare pools, I would choose one of them. (and of course suprnova is fixed also)
