matthew was a staff member here on bitcointalk. he made a bunch of bets with people. including me. we had a 200 coin bet. he lost the bet. i am trying to negotiate a mutual agreeable resolution with him. but so far he refuses to negotiate with me. i will not be settling any of my debts until he begins to resolve his bet with me.

Why do you need the deal between you and Matthew to work out before you start paying back? You have 1600 BTC - 25 BTC is a drop in the bucket. Refund the guys you owe and stop being a douchebag about it!I you really have such amount of coins, why dont you pay us back and make your reputation a little bit cleaner? 25 BTC is really small amount compared to 1600.
