I got a quite serious concern though: I played for about 3 hours and decided to cash out whatever's left of my account. Followed the cash out instructions, verified the request in my email. But it's been 21 hours since my cash out request and the status is still showing "pending". What gives? The account was eager to take my deposits in seconds, but it would take 20+ hours to withdraw? Can someone help?

Overall the odd on the site was good. .65 turn into 1.5 after 3 hours of playing isn't too bad. But i'm sure i will have days where my 1 or 2 BTC will be down to 0 BTC, but that's gambling. One thing i didnt' like is the cashout system. I tried to cashout my 1.5 BTC, was told that they don't have that much money and asked me to reduce the cashout to 1 BTC. I did that and it was approved right after and money back to me. I requested the rest of my BTC .5 to cashout but still pending. Not sure how long but this need to be corrected before I would even make any Heavier play that's for sure.

Terms can be edited according to the current situation. In this case it was evident that users abused this promo action, so initially casino stated the max amount to withdrawal (what is fair enough taking into account that users didn't make any deposits at all) and later the promo was stopped at all. Still, all players taking part in it were paid the promised sum (excluding bonus hunters, etc) and some still have active bonuse which can be played untill May, 15.

The users that requested the withdrawal have NOT abused the promotion in any way.. You just canceled their payments THEN changed the TOS (to limit the amount they can withdraw). At the time they requested the withdraw they had done NOTHING abusive and it was NOTHING against the TOS. So again, why was those requests denied?
