We've been discussing it for a long time already that all our withdrawals are made according to the casino wallet refill, there is no BTC bankroll for now. So the time of your 10 BTC withdrawal for example can't be scheduled somehow. As a rule such sums are paid in parts as it happens now with our 17 btc winner.

First off, this isn't how you run a casino. I'd be willing to give it a pass if you were very explicit and upfront about this, letting all players know that if they win they won't be able to be paid immediately (or possibly ever). However, you seem to be doing the opposite:

What will offset our complaining is when people get paid for their earnings. Its really not fair to open a casino, hope to attract a bunch of losers to make some money and if they attract some winners, just not pay them out.

So how are people getting paid these days? Last In First Out ?

Pretty sure he doesn't feel guilty. Look at the large amount of scams in the past with signature campaigns. You think the posters are guilty that they promoted a website that ended up scamming people, no. As long as they got paid it was all they cared out.

At first I was going to believe him and then I noticed it was written by a newbie, so most likely its completely false.

Even if it was true, its still not fair practices what they are doing and yes you are correct, its against the law.
