Their fantasy "terms and conditions" that they do not need to pay you, are juridical not valid!

A casino has always to pay instantly by law. There is a reason why this clown is hiding.

Then this casino is not a real casino then. Most casinos win in the long run but there is a certain degree of risk with them. They can and do go bust.

But this casino apparently is a "no risk" for them casino.

So if you lose money to them, they win.
If they lose money to you, they win also because due to their terms they don't have to pay you.

If you don't have a BTC bankroll, why the hell do you think it's ok to take BTC wagers?  wtf?

So how many players haven't been paid?  How much do you owe?  How much have you stolen for yourself?  (You're reporting positive revenue afterall...)

If you can't afford to pay your players, you should NOT BE RUNNING A CASINO.

This is the reason why whenever a new casino is opening up, we demand to see their bankroll because so what if the max bet is like 20 BTC when even if someone wins that bet, there are insufficient funds and the casino won't pay out anyways.

Casinos like this should be more transparent and limit their max BTC to avoid any exposure to losses they can't cover.

They really should get a bank loan or 2nd mortgage to cover these loses.

They have no revenue and profit, and they hardly get more customers, and seldom people bought their tokens, IMO they will be shutting down in half year.

1) You have no terms and conditions, because legally binding agreements are only possible between natural or legal persons. Fun-casino is a name and none of them.

2) The civil laws say that you have to pay out winnings immediately. Terms and conditions which are not in accordance with the civil laws, are invalid!

Fun-casino asked me to explain current situation before next payment.

We could not to pay you at all, but it didn't happen like this. Taking into

that their winnings can be paid in parts and it's stated in the Casino
Terms. It's not our fault most players don't care to read them.

Once we are able to pay you a new part, we email you in personal messages
what sum can be sent to you now and at the same time you are leaving such

I've waited patiently from 4 month ago. I introduced my friend to your casino.
And I also know the rule.

Why I informed my situation to other players is you don't answer my email recently.

It is very simple!

Inform endorphina that fun-casino misused their software to defraud you and if they don't withdraw their software from clown-casino, then they commit the criminal offense aid for fraud! Because without gaming software = no offer = no possibility to defraud customers!

There are probably also laws that endorphina has to check the identity of the user of their software and or payment traces. In this case, you might will be able to sue the owner of clown-casino for compensation.

You have very cool pictures in the games. At first it looks like there are many games but then you figure out some are the same, just have different design. And you can play without any money for fun but there are no faucets here. But I guess it is common for casinos, so never mind. But I don't see a chat here as well, only the form to fill if there are some issues or questions.
