I support the additional proposed rules. otherwise, this thread can become a place to beg for Merit.
OP, you need to wake up and start looking at this thread. or maybe in the future, there will be more abuse or more members who don't read the rules. maybe a thread can be locked and updated with a new moderated thread.

I'm declaring support for additional rules, this will probably lower the number of spam over posts from the same user as they have ignore rules in threads. @Fivestar4everMVP should know about this and realize what the problem with the thread is now, but unfortunately this thread is not self-moderated so reporting to mod is the only way out when user breaks the rules.
Obviously this is not to prevent or make it difficult for users to rank up, but actually it is the right way to get better opportunities than someone having to ignore it because of spamming.
So far there is local rule on this thread which may have been ignored by many users, mainly;

Hope Fivestar4everMVP will be adding these in the OP for all to see.

Thanks for your New merit countdown rules as your opinion.
The Rules and Resolutions given by you are very reasonable. There are many who give merit countdown with only one merit. It is very reasonable that minimum junior membership is mandatory to give merit count down. Moreover, if 25 merits are required, only merit countdown can be given.

Full member (225-249) to Sr Member Rank Promotion
Sr Member (475-499) to Hero Member Rank Promotion

Obviously for me it's not an obligation to rank you up, but it's something you need to strive for as long as the merit system is introduced. I'll try to get you more after this, and hopefully it will push you closer to the rankings.

As the days go by, more and more people take advantage of this thread by counting down to go to a new rank. There were those who managed to get a good response from generous people with the help of merit which brought them immediate promotion to a higher rank, there were also those who were passed over and there were those who got less merit than what was needed.
I don't think not problem for new user coming here and take advantage with this topic thread for counting down their account become to new rank, but little disagree with the same user updating every time with their counting down merit points left. I know its not my business and discretion from OP manage this topic but seems not worth if have to post several time with their points merit left here.I saw many user helped push their account to higher level and most excited with many people have got new rank trough this topic, for the next time and new apply will get help and their account as soon possible reach to new or higher rank.

Thank you very much, actually your words are absolutely true because according to the rules set by the forum, activity increases after 14 days, according to that formula I have to wait for more than three months. Moreover it is possible to achieve big rank in forums if you conduct yourself honestly. Regularly sharing constructive posts in the forum will definitely reward the senior members with their merits.It's only fitting that the people in the forum help anyone who can contribute more to the forum. After you apply here with a countdown to reach Sr rank, the merits keep coming to you. It won't be long before you will get 250 Merit for promotion to Sr member, but your steps are on hold for a while because the amount of activity is not enough.

I am happy to see that I have ranked up to a Snr. Member rank with the assistant of you guys to push me up. The journey to my Hero rank I just started and I know its not going to be an easy one. This thread has helped a lot of us that las little left to rank up and we should all keep it up in assisting one another who have little left to their next rank.We can only rely on ourselves to get a number of merits to get closer to the Hero rank, let the process run by itself without having to set targets to get there.
