I had several assumptions about why the government does not wish to legalize cryptocurrency. First of all, it is possible that the officials themselves are abusing the possibilities of cryptocurrency and owning large assets, they want to avoid taxation. Since I live in a country with a high level of corruption, this situation deserves attention.
Well I think despite the efforts of all the governments making life hell for the people who engage in bitcoins , it will soon grow through this period and emerge as a stronger candidate amongst all the cryptos , doesn't mean it isn't even now.
It is already but you should know that the stronger something is the more it is opposed by people who think of it as a threat .

based on bitcoin nowdays , i think it will survive or remain or maybe it will growth time by time if there no critical problem on blockchain like getting hacked or Bug and something like that . Also if there no new technology that can beat it with more benefit and profit
Nobody know the future of btc. Or it will be even more popular or not 50/50
With the news surrounding bitcoin and cryptocurrency now, it shows bitcoin has a potential and bright future for the whole economy, this is among the main reason why most developed countries are legalising the implementation of bitcoin in their economy. Although some are not fully aware of its great potential but soon they will see what it will project when the countries that has implemented the system are running fine.
Stop asking about the future of bitcoin, because I can not even tell anyone what kind of events can happen in the future. I think bitcoin is not the character of any story as a result, no real story can be made. Even now bitcoin has to accept the way we are, and always have to consider positive aspects.
Bitcoin is the most expensive digital currency in the world, therefore many predict that bitcoin in the future cannot be a major currency, because besides being expensive it is also very volatile so it endangers its users. This is the opinion of most economists.But I see from a simple point of view, namely the digital currency that its presence cannot be denied because it is related to the development of the times and the progress of the internet so that it brings together people all over the world. Using the internet will someday open a cross-country transaction network that uses crypto money.
I guess the future of Bitcoin into two different types the one is if it was continuously developing then the government will also take care of it and accept the Bitcoin as a legal currency but the other way is if it continue in the backward situation then no one will try to invest in it and the previous investors are also get out from that

Nobody can predict the exact scenario for the future, but i guess we will se ongoing adoption world wide. there will be some countries which have still banned bitcoin but most of the countries accept bitcoin as it is. as more and more people getting involved into bitcoin we are on a good way to a bright future.
Yes, Bitcoin is currently the hottest topic in the whole world, because it is able to withstand a lot of bad news for BItcoin, but Bitcoin is able to pass it, so it can be said Bitcoin will change bad thoughts about it and will become a legitimate digital currency. hopefully.

Hope, it will be used for long. I was surprised to read in the news that Bloomberg called Bitcoin useless stuff. Their arguments stated that only 1.3% transactions of BTC were used to buy things. Strange position. Crypto is more an asset than money.

There are lot of speculations that has been tackled here in the forum, aside from the countries you've mentioned as far as I know Korea was already regulated it too, and some of the Asian country are now becoming open unto it ion terms legalization of Bitcoin. For me I do believed that in the future it will become more popular about its usages all over the world.
I think bitcoin will going to have a great future in term of price because of halving. There is a bitcoin halving in very four years and this development will cause its price to go up because there will be few bitcoin available in the future. Bitcoin will also remain as the leading cryptocurrency even there are constant threat of overtaking it by some coins with more advance technology.
