Haven't heard about this but I don't think that Bitcoin will disappear. I am sure that it is the currency of the future. It is interesting to compare different trends. I am sure that soon we will have many new tendencies on the financial market

they are regulated, so they will not do the same thing as the telegram did

It's a very big step for cryptocurrency. In my opinion, the new coin of telegram may become the most popular and most useful. Maybe in future this coin will take first place among all coins.
Yes crypto currency has a very bright future. Cryptocurrency are more advanced coins abd help every people to a live a Modern life. Cryptocurrency are the new era coin, which help people to experience a better banking experience. Cryptocurrency provide uninterrupted money transaction facility due to which many interested to use this. In nowdays crypto currency price are also comparable with gold. Many developed countries like japan, Germany etc work with Bitcoin. And many international companies like Samsung, Amazon, Green gaming, Microsoft start using crypto currency. These above thing guide crypto currency in to a beautiful future. 
The future of cryptocurrency is acceptable to people all over the world. And can be used in everyday life. Hopefully it can happen, because actually cryptocurrency already known to the public but still hampered by the rules in some countries.
In my opinion, it is difficult that your prediction (Facebook, google, amazon..) will be achieved, especially within this year, due to there are many attacks on Bitcoin and cyrptocurrencies in general through the attempts of the governments to destroy all of them, and they even control the social media like, Facebook, Twitter, unfortunately, this negatively affects on the digital currencies.
On the other hand, I do not have a great knowledge about the news, but if you are true, then this is a good step for Telegram, and I am pretty sure that this will help the cryptocurrerncies in a good way. Plus, I guess that there will be a new changes about the recognition of cryptocurrencies in the near future, especially if Bitcoin will develop because everything is related to him.

Yes it will become popular and would be widely known in the whole world, that is why we are always saying to keep your bitcoin as much as possible because for sure that time will come that it will boom more and the price will be what we are not expecting.
The future of Cryptocurrency I believe will still be long. Seeing the development from year to year makes many enthusiasts to invest in crypto currency. This will affect the strength of crypto that survives to many successful people in it. It is very proud to present the present era of technology.
I am sure that in the next decade we will see most of the workflow going with decentralization of processes. I am expecting that we will have a single coin for entire industry on a global level. For example, We might have something called Medi-coin to pay the bills related with medical industry anywhere in the world, similarly, we will have food coin to pay the bills of the food industry on a global level. Are you trying to say that cryptocurrency created by Telegram is going to replace Bitcoin because large companies like Facebook, Amazon, Google and so on might support it? Interesting theory but I really doubt if it's possible. These companies will probably aim to have large amount of people actually paying with cryptocurrencies for their service. Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency right now and that's why they would rather accept it than some other coin which was created not so long time ago. Adoption is slowly growing, it is a matter of time before large companies start accepting Bitcoin.

It seems you're not really understanding what is the point of cryptocurrencies, any business and government can create their own cryptocurrencies if they want, the point is if they're going to be successful in replacing existing cryptocurrencies and that is not going to be the case, even if giants like the ones you're describing create their own cryptocurrencies they will never be able to create something like bitcoin, why? Because if they did governments will go after them, you must remember that the only reason bitcoin is still around and it has not been destroyed is because it is decentralized, while the businesses that you are talking about are the example of centralization.

If bitcoin can hold on in this world then other coins also will survive or of the bitcoin might fails then other crypto currencies are also fail because people will lose trust on other crypto currencies as well.But bitcoin now made enough reputation among people so chance for using it is minimum.
People always have this feeling that bitcoin can be over thrown or be over taking by other currency but I really don't thing this will be possible because bitcoin has gone along way in other to survive the text of time.
