Based on my research, Charlie Lee just sold all his litecoin just to avoid conflict of interest with his position as a LTC founder. It didn't say here that he did quit but it is to avoid being accused manipulating the price of Litecoin. I believe what he has done is good for LTC and for himself. As far I know, charlie Lee never leave litecoin. He just sold his coin he have because the do not want have conflict interest between his mind and market. I think litecoin is good coin like bitcoin junior
