Generally most transactions are automatically locked if you either try to DOUBLE SPEND or send with miner fee less than 20000 Sats or so. Those types of transactions are almost always stucked and the admin needs to be contacted. He won't send you any refunds for any types of double spends, since its technically stealing and try to rip the site off.

Your transaction simply didn't make it to their database due to some sync issue, this again is a very common occurance and all you need to do is just post your trans ID here and if you never tried to cheat by double spending before then you should get your refund eventually but admin seems very busy and might take a few days.
