How did you guys place your bets? Was it using the dicetx ? Because apparently they are not paying out those due to some exploit which caused a 100% win rate.

I must of missed something. What happened with the tx dice exactly? Was it hacked or did he somehow find some loophole somewhere?
there is some loophole on the tx dice.
someone can select the transaction id he want.
so , we lost about 9 Bitcoin at the time
we will reopen tx dice , after we fixed the loophole .

People it's not a scam. You have good days and bad days. Two days ago I won over 3BTC, starting with 0.3BTC. It's GAMBLING! If you don't understand that don't play.

You will get paid it back automatically, you don't have to ask. Lately this happened a few times since the max was lowered. You can verify on the blockchain if you need more proof.

you used transaction id that you selected. so we can not refund you.
You can't prove that the player actually did that - being lucky doesn't mean that they picked their transaction IDs. It is you in the wrong with your shady practices, as you can't legitimately figure out that they only broadcasted winning transactions (unless you have some RAT installed on their computer, and recorded everything they did, which would be a lot more shady).If you can provide valid proof that they picked the transaction ID, I'm sure the community will side with you.
