I am not surpised the rate is low for BTC. Its basically not that hard to exploit the site, all you need to do is wait for some huge spike and then have an fast bot place a bet for you.

I didn't check the site entirely whether they have mentioned anywhere in the site but they clearly said that they would send you back your winnings to the same address which they received money. So you should know that when you send money directly from exchanges they won't use your BTC address to send money. Partially your mistake also their so now you write to admin and explain to them your issue. It may get resolved.

You can't really do this because when you withdraw from a exchange, its sent from one of their cold storages addresses that belong to someone else's deposit address, so even if you won the bet, it would get sent to someone else.
