That's a very considerate answer. I think that they have all programmed the answers for FAQs that are like this. So, if they have said so. The only thing that matter is about the user's local jurisdiction and the laws being implemented there about online gambling.
Is that to mean that, different regulations applies to different games on a casino?
Like, your not allowed to gamble on certain games within a jurisdiction but, in the event of a win, there isn’t any likelihood of having to link certain wins to restricted games and as such, you get to withdraw without running into problems. That’s it right?
Because as we all know it, withdrawal is the most important aspect to gambling aside having to access these games.
CMIIW, it applies to the entirety of the games you gamble with. So, if you're not allowed to gamble based on your jurisdiction and the casino finds it out, you're likely to just allowed to withdraw but they'll never want you back. And with gambling, it's not just about withdrawal that you'll get to critic with the casino but the overall service and features they provide.
So we must make sure that we are not break our jurisdiction law if we don't want to get the problem. But most people will not care about this and still gambling for their pleasure but once the problem is arise, they are confuse and start complaining to the casino and even they will say that the casino is a scam. But the real mistake is because they don't check everything before they use the casino. If casino allow us to withdraw our deposit money, that shows to us that casino care with us and let us to takes our deposit money back without thinks about our winning because we break the law. We should not complain for more about that because we already gets our money back so we can search for the other casino to gambling.

I agree, many problems would be solved if users simply understood this. Doing anything illegal will generate consequences at some point. In this case, if the player insists on accessing the casino/game that is prohibited in his jurisdiction, he will simply not be able to withdraw the money or will have greater restrictions.

Very good! I feel more at ease about using a VPN. Thanks for the explanation, I'm even happier to know that you care about your users' privacy. It's a shame that some providers don't do the same. Anyway, thank you very much for the official explanation here!

Yeah, It is indeed a good thing that Galactix allows their players to use VPN. At the same time, I don't want to blame the other providers because different game providers have to deal with different regulations. Probably they are not able to provide the same service to others due to legal reasons. Most unlicensed casinos allow VPN usage. But if you play in licensed casinos, you have to comply with their rules. The casino also follows what its license providers ask. For example, If Galactix license providers ask them not to allow VPNs, then they will be forced not to allow VPNs. That is how it works as far as I understand.

this kindness will surely be taken advantage of by some gamblers

they will continue to play these games or use this casino even though they fully know that they are not allowed to do that by their country's jurisdiction if they encounter some challenges in the casino they would not even be able to report to the law as they are prohibited to be there in the first place i think if you continue to use something that is restricted in your country you are just putting yourself into more trouble later on

However, this does not affect your ability to withdraw. If you've played and won on games available in your region (even if accessed via VPN), you can withdraw your winnings without issues. The key is to ensure that you are complying with your local regulations.

We don't impose restrictions on VPN usage, but it's always the player's responsibility to ensure they are following their local laws regarding online gambling.

We hope this clears things up! If you have more questions, feel free to ask. 😊

I believe you wanted to reply to someone else, but you quoted my post accidentally.
However, I found your reply interesting. For example, let's say a game provider such as Pragmatic bans my region. Can I use a VPN to play pragmatic slots? We often see casinos freeze user accounts, saying the account is under review by the game provider, and it takes ages. Since you allow VPN usage, I want to know how you handle such cases. BTW, I appreciate that you care about privacy and allow users to use VPNs.

We understand that some players may use VPNs for various reasons so we don’t impose any restrictions on VPN usage, and we won’t block your account or your withdrawals for using one.

However, it’s important to note that game providers have different regional rules, which may affect the availability of certain games. As long as you can access and play the game on our platform, there shouldn’t be any issues. We respect your privacy, and the use of a VPN is entirely your choice. Just make sure to follow your local regulations, and if you ever have concerns or questions, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you 🚀

Thank you for the explanation. Yes, I agree that we must follows our local regulations because if we breaks our law, we can get in the trouble. So when you see you can not access the site, you must checks your local regulations and if gambling is prohibit, you should not try to gamble. That will be your responsibility to do whatever you want to do.

If we can obey and follow the law, we will have enjoyment to playing gambling because we are not break any law from our local regulations, the game provider regulations, and the casino rules. That is what we must remember so we can enjoy our time to playing gambling.

Thanks for the answers guys! I'll consider using a VPN in these cases! Unfortunately I can't change the DNS on my current machine so I'll continue using a VPN to play. But the strange thing is that my DNS didn't restrict until the turn of the year. I'll check here to see what it could be. Thanks for the help everyone!
Actually I am the same in some cases casinos including Galactix that cannot be accessed due to restrictions from the wifi IP used, so I myself always use VPN from 1.1.1.1 almost all casinos can be accessed, this also does not change the IP to any country IP remains regional.

Thanks for the information, I'll follow along and see how everything goes. But at first I'll stick with the VPN because it's more practical for me at the moment. But I'll look into this DNS issue that you mentioned. If anything happens, I'll let you know!

Thanks for the heads up. It's a nice way to kickstart the year for Galactix users. I've already said it here once but even as someone that doesn't play much casino games, I'm willing to give it a shot.

Btw, everyone, cheers to a new year. We'll do even bigger things this year and I'd be there no matter what.

This system is designed to maintain the value of the GLX token and support long-term growth by linking token generation directly to platform activity. By requiring meaningful engagement before mining begins, we avoid flooding the ecosystem with tokens from inactive or minimal participation, which could lead to inflation and a loss of value.

Ok. This part makes some sense. So, you want to make it for active players who are loyal to Galactix. I have played in some other casinos with dividends, and I believe there are a lot of inactive players holding their tokens, which earn them some dividends, but that does not have too much value. I understand why you guys require rank two to be eligible to start mining, but I doubt it would prevent what you mentioned. You will still find some people who will be inactive after a certain period of time. There is no guarantee that a player will continue to play in your platform after wagering a thousand dollars. If a player wager a $1.5 and never come back, I will consider them as inactive as well.

Thank you for your question! 😊

Yes, different regulations can apply to different games, depending on the jurisdiction. Some game providers impose regional restrictions on specific games, meaning that certain games might not be available in some locations.

However, this does not affect your ability to withdraw. If you’ve played and won on games available in your region (even if accessed via VPN), you can withdraw your winnings without issues. The key is to ensure that you are complying with your local regulations.
