Neither.

Investing in this space is just as shit as gambling because you're just giving money to anonymous scum and hoping they don't rape you.

That's the trick. You need to estimate the risk of getting raped, confront it with possible gains and decide whether it's worth it or not.
There is no such thing as risk-free investment.

Gambling is fucking dumb and I find it astounding that it's often offered here as a legit way of increasing your coins. In how many investment forums do you read - 'hey, I'm looking to increase my returns on my dollars' and the answer is 'gamble it, dude.'

You won't see it in investment forums, as gambling is not considered an investment. And gambling is a legit way of increasing your coins (unless illegal in your jurisdiction), just not particularly the smart one.

I like investing and don't recommend gambling unless you accept that you will be losing money.

to all of you guys.. what do you think is better? is it to invest or to gamble in sites? tell me your point of view and why.

Depends on what you want to achieve.
If you want to have fun and spend some time, then obviously gamble.
If you want to try (yes, try, because there's still a risk like in any investment) to earn some money, then obviously invest.

Neither, but if you have to choose, invest. The house edge will be in your favor as opposed to against it. I think that just holding bitcoin is investment enough.

I will go with invest, The difference between gamble and Invest is that Gambling is just a game with a probability for you to win ( Really slim :p )
While Invest is More safe because the money that you put is clear,it was for that company you invested into.
But still always remember the golden rule : Dont invest/gamble more than you can afford to rule Cheesy

Invest and gamble is similar to each other. With the main difference that one is illegal in most country - online gambling. If it is not illegal for you to gamble online and you're good at it, go ahead.

Personally, I prefer to invest than gamble. I am not good at gambling so investing would be a better path for me to earn Bitcoin from Bitcoin. Whatever you choose... always remember to gamble/invest what you can afford to lose.

You should gamble on sites I'm invested in  Wink

Or you can do both, split funds 50/50 and see which option works better for you. Or invest and gamble only your investment profits (if any).

Whatever you do - diversify your funds, don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Depending what investment you choose it is like gambling anyway. I think investing is better when you do due diligence before hand. Gambling on gambling sites is a mugs game and sooner or later if you play more than for fun you will go broken and lose families money on the process. (The house will always win)

A guy who would have invested in apple 500$ back then would be a millionaire today, A guy who had gambled $500 back then how much he could have won? If even he was extremely lucky? 10K Dollars 20K at max.

Investments are the best gambles. The are slow and can give you time to quit early or make tons of profits Smiley

i'd gamble if i want to have fun,
i'd invest if i want to have fun in the future.

gambling is driven by chance while investment is giving yourself a chance in the future

btw what kind of investment are we talking about? not those ponzi sites right?

I do both, when I invest in a gambling site. Lot's of these sites offer the chance for everyone to invest in them. You get a share in the winnings and take a loss, when they lose. It's a very high risk investment, because you never know who you are investing in, but the rewards can be high too, if they do not run.

I like high risk, high yield investments but you have to take calculated risks in betting on more reputable operations with a good track record.  Roll Eyes

ok.. do you already experience a high lost in investment on gambiling sites? or in the long run you just earn and earn? i want to here from your experience. Tongue
