That is true mate. New people coming in and want to gamble should always bear this in mind - I know it is hard to follow it as I was guilty of it few years ago - I lost couple of bitcoins like I was even lose 1 bitcoin in under 30minutes before.

Yet they already know once they lost they would be probably keep coming back and play again. For some gamblers they just do it for fun or entertainment, but some of them also take it seriously because as you have said expecting, and they also have lost bigger amount and they want to take back what they lost or gain back their capital, that's the basic idea why they keep coming back.

If someone faces a constant series of failures in gambling, then it is sure for him to gamble again and again and take as many chances as possible to win back the amount. This seems to be an addiction on his side but in the real terms, it is a way to regret upon your mistakes and not being addicted.

But at the same time, regretting or completely ignoring the failures also will lead to severe gambling addictions. The better one must be having self-limiting plans and strictly following it.

When a gambler is trying to chase his/her previous loses, he/she is like digging a deep hole every time he/she wants to try to chase those loses and at the end of the day, he/she will going to lose more than what he/she cant afford to lose.

This is the reason why gamblers are not making any good updates about their "changing life". Gamblers always say that they will stop gambling and they will not be needing any help but the fact you said it, you are the opposite because you really needed help. Correct if a gambler starts gambling for the first time he makes good profits and shares his story with everyone but soon we see him staying quit and not updating others with his profit that is a sign when we find out that he has been losing a lot lately and most likely has become a addict

I agree with you. It is better to prevent addiction instead of curing it. If someone is gambling, then he must be also involved in some other activities so that his whole time is not wasted in this game and in fact it will prevent him from getting addicted. You really want me to answer this? The answer is very easy, money, fame and entertainment. No other reasons are behind the choices that I gave because it's the only reasons why a person gets addicted in it.
