Actively ask ISP to blocks all casino website, shutdown all physical casinos and forbid all activity that could be considered as gambling including video games loot-boxes/micro-transaction. If you suspect that a loved one is addicted to gambling you do not need your ISP to block those websites you can do it yourself and block those sites in your computer or your router, most people do not have the technical knowledge to avoid the measures that you set up so they will be unable to access those websites but the issue is that now the world is filled with computers so unless they have a desire to stop gambling those measures are not going to work.

Because eventually they are going to find a way to avoid the steps you have taken by using a different computer and you will back at square one, so at best those steps can be used to gain time and nothing more but it is worth the try if you are desperate to help a friend.

I understand this is something that can cut across all age though, if you tend to have the wrong mindset, but as a result of maturity, we know younger people tend to make the worst decisions most of the time. IMO young people tend to be more addicted in gambling because in this young age,they always wanted to explore new things especially those that involves money.But unfortunately,these young people cannot control their own emotions so they end up being addicted just like in gambling.

Whether young people can control their emotions better or worse than adults is a big question. Imo adults with their weakened nervous system may perform much worse in that regard. Besides, young people tend to think of themselves as of better versions of their ancestors, and in this case they have an opportunity to prove that they are really better if they will not become addicted to gambling as it happened to their older relatives.

I just about us, controlling our selves is a must and gambling isn't bad, it may help us to relieve our stress after whole day work. But it depends upon on the people, for me, after work while I am relaxing I open my laptop and play gambling it makes me asleep after I while I'm gambling. Chasing loss might cause addiction in a gambling, so relax and have control over emotion.
