Nice article OP. Though, I still think that gambling is not as bad as what most people view it as cause it mostly seems as a game of fine but as you know too much of everything is bad. The one big mistake that most gamblers make is the mistakes of becoming addicted into gambling because they don't know when to stop and also know when the game becomes intoxicating to them.
Gambling of course is a game and it is not bad, but it is how people accept it that makes it bad. By acceptance, some see gambling as a way to make money or as a form of them investing their money and making shit tons of money from it and then that mindset ruining them entirely until they become totally addicted.
If everyone ends up seeing gambling as just a game and nothing to expect much from it, I believe we would not be complaining about gambling as we would have sane gamblers but human nature we all know is centered on greed. I believe no one could help curing an addicted gambler but may prevent well in advance. If OP works in that way then that must be a big help to this community.
Probably getting aware of where addiction starts and what are the things cause it, will help anyone to avoid those things. But when a gambler into gambling rush, we cannot expect them to remember all these to follow. But before and after gambling they must work for preventing addictions. Because that is the only the right time to work against gambling addictions.
