I guess these things can fluctuate, at present it appears lots of Asian guests are driving the decor of these hotels, so they must be the biggest spenders right now. The hotel floor numbers is totally weird to be honest, it's based on characters from another language resembling a Latin number, which has a bad meaning in the original language. It's almost a step too far and unnecessarily confusing for most other people who would expect it just to be ordered numerically - I guess that particular casino is mostly geared to the Chinese market and has few other guests.
