They make stupid moves for the sake of profit. They are doing stupid decisions in order for them to win. Even the professional poker players are losing money so does other gamblers too who are gambling in different games. If your'e not lucky then you will lose what happened to the player. I use to play poker too but with no bet just a game so I know how to play it a little bit.

I play poker a lot, and I know that this game is not entirely based on luck. But I also watch a lot of poker related videos on YouTube, and from those videos I've learned that even the professional poker players, who are considered the best in the world, lose pretty frequently because of bad luck. That's why I wouldn't recommend this occupation as a profession to anyone, luck is too much of a factor in it.

We all have good and bad days! I had many days when poker was only good for me, good hands, awesome cards on river, but there are days when I lose and I can`t do nothing about it. That`s why bankroll management is crucial if you wish to play in long run and make money from poker. I lack of discipline, for example. I play cause I like to play, and when I win I go to higher stakes table, and many times I lose. After years I`m probably -ev with poker, but I don`t care, I still play and I still like the thrill from that game!

Pretty much. but peace of mind will not be obtained for a gambler. all of them in my opinion are nervous. I myself as a person who has so much experience at that time where daily peace of self can not be obtained. what we have in mind is that we will win or lose the bet,and if it can, of course, our emotions and ambitions can be controlled too. because in some cases a gambler will lose out with ambition and emotion
That’s true a gambler always run after mental peace as he remain worry about winning and take tension to win. Gambler has to face so many things to get profit spending your money then remaining worry to win is not a miner thing for this we will have to be so professional and those who have guts to face all risk are able to become good gambler.

Given this day and age, there are, most probably. People have been so creative and have always found so many ways to make money. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few people here who do nothing but sit at home and gamble huge sums of money with a click of a few buttons and don't ever have to work or do anything else.
I think those people are also called cryptocurrency traders.
so basically yes there are many of us here in cryptocurrency that living from Gambling as professions

If you consider gambling as fun to wage some amount for a limited period of time and not focused on the amount you are going to win then there is no harm in it but once you consider making a profit through gambling that is what fucks you up and your bank balance and you cannot recommend gambling to anyone, if you are a good poker player then you can try that but the rest are just luck.
Even the professional poker players often lose a huge amount of money because they are not lucky at that time. There is a bit of strategy on it yes but you need luck also in order to win on it. I consider gambling as a form of entertainment only especially when I'm watching sports (NBA,PBA) and sometimes MMA. It makes me more excited when I'm betting while watching and even I lose to my bet, it is ok for me. There are some gamblers who wants gambling to be their profession. I don't blame them but for me, you need a huge amount of money for it.

If we could adopt this environment, it simply means that we are about to succeed in gambling and live this opportunity.
The prize in gambling will attract people to gamble and come to the gambling website or in the casino. That makes people spend their money, and some of them are learning the lesson of gambling because they want to try to use gambling for a source of income. That makes them have a dream to use gambling as a profession.
Yes, many of them will fail to use gambling as a profession, but there will be many more people who will try that. That is why the gambling business will never end and still running for a long time.

On point. I find people who are professional gamblers or the source of income is gambling cool since it's not common for me to see such persons. But, practically speaking, it would be better to find a job which depends on your skills without the need of luck to get paid. I'm not against those who earn a living in gambling. Its just, it's not very advisable. It will take guts and tons of times and efforts to be a master in that field. But, it's still a person's decision though. Like they say, enter at your own risk.

I can think of one valid answer to this question which would be people paid to play on tables in order to encourage others to play. That would be they are playing to raise business and activity especially on new sites I've seen that done many times. Or its well known that many times famous people on youtube or other video sites have been playing on gambling sites but actually paid to be there by the site in order that the viewers would then be more likely to favour that site themselves when gambling after watching the show.
I dont know if thats always a legitimate thing because promotion should be disclosed and quite often now it is, but definitely in the past nobody would mention they were participating on a promotional basis rather then purely their own choice.
I just found out if this really happened and it would indeed be very possible for gambling sites that don't have a lot of funds to do promotions like that, but would it be more suspicious if they told the truth because it would be better to do promotions with money that could be spent, although not in the category of large-scale promotions but at least they have made a real promotion to increase the popularity of the site and it's much better. Anyway, making gambling a profession is still possible but not everyone is able to do it because the developer and the team are different from someone who is really a gambling player. Everyone of us has the opportunity to consider gambling as our profession or make a living out of it. However, like you said, the success is only possible to few people who really have the skills to survive in this long and challenging journey.
Since winning in gambling is possible and its proven that there are some people who really had the success, trying is not bad as long as we always put a limit where we should stop if we keep trying and losing at the same time.

The issue of the majority is despite of their gap in losses with their idols, they tend to continue the fight risking it all even though they are completely aware of the situation that they don't stand a chance against gambling. Their mindset is a boulder of their own who destroys the, their mind is so tough to be penetrated by words of discouragement (in a good way) for them to realized how bad they are in gambling.
It's good to have visions to your goals (to have plenty of money) or being successful, but, diving too much into the mud will make you suffocate and could kill you, so dive into your own water always for clearer vision to what you wanted.
Indeed, most of them have realized that their situation is not good but they always think about luck and they think that "this time must be lucky" and it is always thought until their money runs out. Especially when they gamble followed by a high emotional state, surely it is a supporter of their head violence.

Well, I think not all forms of gamblings are based on luck. There are few gambling sites based on skills or let say 50-50 percentage luck and skills. I think poker, I won't consider this that only based on luck. Yes, gambling is a kind of profession there are gamblers who are the habit is always to gamble even they had a family to feed but still, they can provide. If you are intended to spend a lot of time on learning a profession, please choose anything but gambling as the subject of your study. Indeed, you can succeed in many fields devoting your time and efforts to the process of learning, but gambling is probably the last thing you should consider as your potential profession. I can't imagine where else so many things depend on luck rather than on your skills.
I believe that if you want to be a professional one, you must have to use your pure skills on a certain profession. You need to learn anything that can help you to become a professional one. Like traders, engineers, doctors etc. They spent a lot of time learning different skills that can help them to become a professional one. In gambling, you don't need to have skills to be a gambler. Just go there if you have spare (or even not spare) money and gamble. I don't consider it as a profession for me.Jump to:
