AFAIK, there are so many scandalous act recorded all through the years(ever since gambling was accepted), that has risen the public's attention and have been summed up by apprehending the culprits involved... nobody wants to be sentenced for squandering people's funds on gambling so he was solely responsible for his fate... What about those who did not win still? Will it just be hope for life? The only instance we could say gambling restored our hope is simply once we experienced winning and with the same extent, not all people have won in lotteries or have won jackpot prizes in casinos. It just depends on your fate as a gambler and that is a variable no one has control.

It all happened on my way home just this evening. I boarded a public bus and just in front of me were seated two young men too in their late thirty's having a conversation and from the conversation it sound like they haven't met for a long time and one was telling the other of how he had won a big amount of money from a lotto he played and he has used the money to get himself a new bus for public transportation business.

Yes, not only can gambling be a hope restorer, but it has also been a life changer to many who gambled and luckily won a huge sum, because one similarity I have come to notice about all those who won this huge sum while gambling is that non ever knew they will win when they won, but it all came as a surprise, hence, this should be a lesson to all of us to always have an open mind while gambling, so as to accept whatever result that may come our way with an amount we can always afford to lose, so that if we win, we accept it that way, but if we lose, we also accept it with good fate without regret. Over here people buy 18 seaters buses a good example is Toyota Hiace bus and use it for intra-urban  transportation business, a single individual can decide to hire the bus for a short time service for his private use (provided he can pay for the service) either to carry some items or goods for them to another location. And it's a common thing over here in my country. Anyways, I don't have anything to prove to you real or fairy tale, the message from the story is clear and that's what I have just shared as I witnessed it.
