Its so funny for me when about 90% people (and gouvermnet) don't see anything bad in lottery buying lottery ticket to win big money where there is 1:10 000 000 probability of winning and you can win 2 000 000 times your bet what gives us "house" edge equal to 80% where on average casino game house edge is close to 3% and everyone is saying that gambling is bad - a way to lose money. Lottery is even worse.

Same here, regarding the word "destitute".

As of what one can lose because of his/her greediness, yeah, it's money, family, friends, everything what is actually worth having while living in this world. It's fun to learn new words, especially words like "Destitute". It's like added in the dictionary in my head. Lol.

Anyways, if you are satisfied with what you have, you wouldn't do stuff that could harm you. It's like knowing yourself deeply and admitting that you have something to fix to yourself. It's not going to be easy but it should be done.

Online casinos give their endorsers free credits to play? Guess that's part of their contract.

I think pooling the money for playing is more common in traditional physical gambling. Online gambling made it easier, or at least more accessible for anyone to play.

It can be done as long as we don't lose our mind in gambling. We need to have a limit on the money, we need to control ourselves in the game, never use all the money in just one roll and don't use huge money.

I agree on your statement but it's hard to find the way to live my way out of gambling. I mean, I really love gambling. I don't know what would be my life without it. For me, gambling is not just fun. It's something for me to have profits. And, there were also many professional gamblers so, I think your statement is null but it's agreeable although as a gambler that likes gambling, it's hard to live that way.

In my believe, there are very few individuals who aren't gambling for gains. Started gambling not long time ago and my ambition on gambling is to make money, likewise others. Example, If i place 30$ on a gambling platform, do i need to gamble it away all in the name of fun?. Whatsoever that come from mind always come to play in the physical, i gamble for profits and not for fun.

For the ones that want to have a little fun they afford, gambling is simple.
For "professional gamblers" it's math, and not the easy one. Indeed. But you forget to tell that professional gamblers play mostly games where the math can indeed help them (poker, black jack). They don't play games where the random factor is very big (high-low, dice, roulette).
There are a lot of people that don't understand the difference and want to become professional players. And lose money and the fun.

And there's a special class, the sports betting, where some background knowledge may be more useful than math. That's easier, but it's different thing imho.

So for normal people, it should be easy, fun and only as long as it's fun and we afford it. (Else it becomes addiction.)

It's true but you we can't easily say that... we have different views about it and different stories in gambling some people play gambling for fun... (At first) and when they won... they want more and after some time they will lose their money and play again until they have nothing and once they have money again they will play gambling to recover their loses.

In short at the start we should be responsible in our actions because even though it's a fun game, you won't see the risk coming from that fun.

A good suggestion but hard to live by. How many of those gamblers are just for fun only? People will deny their true purpose when it comes to gambling but most of them don't come to casino just for fun. The very reason why most gamblers end up destitute because they forgot that it should be for fun only and not their way of living.

Its case to case basis yet each people do have different personality or on how they control things up.There are gamblers who do seek out for pure entertainment only but as the time goes by
on engaging himself on gambling it turns out the fun he do seek do upgraded into money making goals and forget on the aims he do set on the first place and thats the hardest part.
