First of all wishing you all a merry Christmas! Hope you all have a delightful holiday. We know that during the holidays, festivities are always felt in the environment. Do gamblers use gambling as a celebration or do gamblers use this time to take some time off and rest? Do gamblers have lots of money dedicated for the holidays? Or due to celebration gamblers do not have a lot of money to spend anymore?

What are your general traditions when it comed to gambling during the holidays? It would be interesting to see different perspectives

I will gamble on the holidays just like any other weekend or any other gambling day regardless of what time of year it is. For me one of the biggest games that’s played on Christmas is NFL football and being that NFL football is the number one sport that I bet then I’m certainly more active during Christmas time probably than I and the rest of the year

Those people who have a certain addiction to gambling will play at any time of the year. For them, their interests always come first, and conversations about gifts for loved ones are of no interest. But those people who play periodically, without going crazy about it, will skillfully manage both their time and their funds, understanding that holidays rarely happen, and gambling is always available. Those who know how to manage their capital will always find time for both.

What's certain is that I don't know how everyone thinks. Personally, holidays or Christmas are happy moments when I'm with my family, that's a moment that I do or that happens once a year, so I won't waste it, For more than 11 months you have been working and for more than 11 months you have opened your eyes in a gambling house, two or three weeks you have been near loved ones and loved ones, there is no harm in forgetting the world of gambling for a moment.

Gambling can be opened anytime and anywhere, games can also be played anytime and anywhere, while we are still in this world gambling still exists, but relatives, family and family moments do not last in this world forever, While you have a family you love, spend a moment of your time and soul during the holidays & Christmas for them, don't gamble, gamble, gamble on your mind.
During the holidays, I usually choose to spend time with my family. As you said, we have a lot of time to gamble and it can be done anywhere and anytime. Well, sometimes we are in one house, usually our time is also limited because of the work we do, I mean our time with family is limited. So to enjoy the atmosphere more, I personally prefer to fill my time by playing with my family. We can gamble at another time, and I don't think we will have a full month of vacation like this. But it comes back to each of us, because actually it's okay to gamble during the holidays.

A couple of my old workmates went to a hotel just to visit the casino in it lol. That's part of the vacation that they gave themselves to so imo, 100% gamblers STILL gamble even during holidays. In the first place gambling isn't really a job anyway, so there is no reason to use holidays to take some "time off or rest" for it.

Personally though I don't really gamble during the holidays. Not that I consider it as "rest" from it, I just in general don't want to. Might be because I move from and to so often during these times from place to place as part of the vacation?

As for me, it has always been gamble for fun and what you can afford to loss. During the holidays, such as this, I make out budget for family expenses and it is all for family purposes for which funds are spent on and I just put up my own little budget for gambling if I have that much left for it otherwise, I just maintain my calmness and relax as it would not bother me much as it is that we are in for Christmas which is just once in a while and gambling is mostly every week for me so it would not too bother me if I do not gamble the holiday.  Lucky enough, if a casino I play with do give me a bonus, I do with it and have my fun for the holidays.

Personally yes. Because most casinos often roll out more generous offers during holidays, like better bonuses, reduced wagering requirements, and exciting promotions. It’s a smart move to take advantage of these offers since they’re typically better than what’s available on regular days. Just make sure to check the terms and conditions to fully understand the requirements.

Like in shuffle.com. Just check their telegram channel you can earn like 100$ for 12 codes they drop everyday you just need to reach specific wager requirement to eligibility for the code.

Merry Christmas OP and to all forum users. Honestly no one would want their holiday be ruin by gambling sites in a time like this. It should not be advisable to go to casino for playing or anything else online. Christmas is something we should be celebrated with family and enjoy on talks and eating food.

Gambling is good way of enjoying but for me its only good during time when you are not in an official holiday.

In my case I am not addicted to gambling, that I have to gamble on holidays. I usually work in a private company, so today is a holiday. So I spent time with family today, took my wife for a walk. I also gamble occasionally, but sports bets are my favorite. I don't like casino games so much because here I lose more than I win. However, today is a holiday so almost all football, cricket matches are stopped today. So I have no interest in gambling today. Happy holidays.

Give me an honest answer, who really gambles on Christmas? And I am so exhausted from guests, helping to cook and running there and back to the shop. I barely have time to read some crypto news, forum and to scroll a bit my social media just to see how friends are celebrating. Frankly, I do not even have much wish to gamble. Instead I would better spend some an hour sleeping or laying on the bed. Could easily gamble on my phone, but I can suddenly be asked to do something or assist, so I wont get much fun from playing Grin I would better wait till weekend.

If a gambler does not have time to gamble during holiday which is very possible, no need to gamble. But for a gambler that have time and feel like gambling, while not just gamble. People are different from one another and we are occupied with different events this time but there are some gamblers that will still gamble and some will not gamble this time.
You are absolutely correct that is the real truth about it because most gamblers have engage their self in so many activities this holiday so they have no time to play gambling, while people that have a enough time can play gambling wherever they are. Because normally there is no time you cannot play gambling Allex you don't have a enough chance where you are if not despite the holidays season I think people that have time for their self can also gamble and have fun.

I never change my gambling schedule and always see certain conditions. I mean when the holidays come, I spend more time with my family than gambling. Although vacation time is used for fun, as a gambler who already has a family, he will definitely prioritize his family over gambling which only provides his own pleasure.
And the conclusion is just to keep gambling but family remains the main priority.

Each individual will have different financial planning and limitations, some people may use more of their money to have fun by going on vacation with their family but some also prefer to share it for several purposes including fulfilling their desires in gambling.
I do not know whether the holiday accompanied by the Christmas celebration at the end of this year will affect someone in their activities in gambling or not, what is clear for me personally is that it has no effect at all because the money used for gambling is indeed small amount that has been prepared from the start and does not use money for other purposes.
True tranquility by giving more priority to family is your other compulsive form of entertainment. Limitation of money for holidays increases your frustration so efforts should be made to raise adequate supplies. Especially if you find a special time of year like Christmas Day that you tend not to miss the raffle draws and bets and more casino special events while having extra fun. I personally am not ready to miss those events that can make me more financially positive. But there should be an effort to involve the poor with one's resources such as providing them with food or gifts. Family as well as relatives with special cooking. You should be special for the celebration and it should be with close friends without missing out on the opportunity to earn at the same time.

Holidays should be dedicated to things that people don't do on normal days. Since I sometimes place bets on normal days, I plan to spend the holidays on something else, for example, just relaxing. We need breaks in any activity. However, this is not a principle, but simply an intention.

I have a delightful holiday thanks but it is not yet over though. Anyone who uses gambling as a celebration must be a very wealthy gambler because no poor gambler will use..., to celebrate this period even though it is a season and period of happiness and enjoyment and whether to gamble in this period or not it is a personal choice and decision, those who uses gamble to eat or feed off course they will never take a time off or rest because if they do there mouth and stomach will also rest and go off and not only people who feed with gambling, even people who also like gambling will gamble. After all it is just a season or period like others..., there's nothing too special because any day can be special for anyone.

Of course, many players spent money on gifts for their loved ones, but what they have left they can afford to relax a little and place a bet or play their favorite game in the casino. I would like players to either not play or place very small bets on these days, because the main thing is to concentrate on the holiday, and you can play on many other days when there are no festive events. At least I will do this and will not play, but rather will create a festive mood for myself, I will watch Christmas movies, turn on music, but the main thing is that there is a little snow outside the window, all this creates a mood for me. I decided that gambling will wait for me on other days.

Just place your bets and leave it there. Now if you are playing casino games and slots, that will be a problem because your eyes will be focused on either your smartphone or the computer. For sports bettors, they will just need to input their bets and they can let the game begin and just enjoy watching it even on holidays. I mean, it's not wrong to turn on your television while in the company of your family and friends during holidays.
I play slots but I'd rather not during family time. IMO, it's disrespectful to the tradition. It's just a little time with your family and you might as well use every time to talk with them and be human.  Cheesy

I choose to take this holiday to take a rest from gambling and enjoy the moment with my family. This is a good moment to celebrate with them and I can back to gambling after this holiday ends. If we talk about money, that will depends on each gambler because they will prepare the holiday from a long time so they can enjoy the holiday with their family. But some gamblers even lose their money in gambling and can not celebrate the holiday because they don't have money.

General traditions? Hmm I don't have that but during holidays, usually we are gather in one of family member house and spend time together by doing many exciting things. But if that me as a person, I will not doing something that related to gambling even if that is just for place a bet. I leave all things related to gambling to relax my minds.
I think gambling does not need to wait for a celebration for us to do it, in my opinion, as long as we have money and time of course it is not wrong to gamble including during holidays like now, but gambling just to celebrate a celebration is clearly not a good thing especially if it is related to religious celebrations, gambling can indeed be a way to add excitement when gathering, but of course it does not have to be the main choice in religious celebrations, because there are many other ways that can be done to celebrate and enjoy time with friends or family in order to create fun and memorable moments without having to gamble.

Well, during holidays there are many nice promotions... Just as it is good to save for gifts, perhaps we can say that it is good to save money until the holidays for gambling. In that case, you might be able to get more out of all those promotions.

I'm not a traditionalist, I gamble when I have money and time. So gambling during the holidays is not a taboo, if I have free time I might use it for gambling if I'm in that mood.

Happy holidays & don't forget to have some fun.
