gambling does not Harm my youth instead it helps me find the truth about it and that is not to become addicted and never deal with this longer time than in real life.
If you are a gambler
Take note:
* Don't get greedy
* Try not to get addicted
* Don't bet with money you ve already budgeted for something else
* Don't borrow money to bet
* Betting is a side hustle not a full time job/business

great advise, if only people learn all of those? surely all will be happy and enjoying in gambling.

I think it's also important to note that not all youths who gamble are irresponsible. There are some who bet wisely and have a good understanding of the risks involved. It's all about being responsible and sticking to the terms and conditions of the betting companies, as you rightly said.

I suggest that betting companies should also do more to promote responsible gambling and educate their customers, especially the youths, on the potential risks and how to bet responsibly.

They should also have strict measures in place to prevent underage gambling and ensure that their customers only bet with what they can afford to lose.

For me it would always depend on how people would take it.
On my opinion there are two kind of people the one who takes it positively and the one who would take it negatively.
The other one would see it as an experience and learn from it, while the other one would just blame everything on it.
So whatever we do even if it's not gambling it would always depend on how we view it.

The problem with gambling is that it exploits the mind and it can lead to addiction. It has done more harm than good to our youths, who are sitting at home doing nothing and wasting their lives away watching TV, surfing the internet and playing games. If they would get out there and do something productive with their free time, they wouldn't be so bored or not focus on what they are doing as well.

If you play intelligently, it will benefit, because it develops thinking, strategy, but any gambling addict, so I think that the harm more for young people brings
Playing intelligently doesn't guarantee you winning a bet , most times the foolish players even win it, I know of a guy that went into a bet shop and accumulated 3 odds from 6events and he won it,  actually it came as a suprise to him too because he was just trying his luck,

Me that have used prediction sites and head to head stats to predict championship matches in Europe top 5 leagues am yet to win,  outside thinking and intelligence in Gambling there is luck, if luck is on your side then you wil win even when you didn't expect to win.

Look at it this way. Gambling simply weeds out the weak from the strong.

Congress is spending money that our great grandchildren will have to pay back. They are doing this by supporting the Ukraine war and other endeavors around the world.

Smart, youthful gamblers of today win even if they lose. How? Like Congress, they get into gambling from the top end - owning and running gambling houses - so that they make money off the gamblers like Congress does of the people in general.

Cool
Wow nice analysis,  gamble weeds out the weak from the strong, I think I will go with this,
Gamble is not meant for the weak because only the strong survives when a gamble is lost and still have the courage to venture into it again immediately without regrets or a rethink.

A gambler is a risk takers especially staking very high, that shows the strength of your mental courage because it only takes a strong mentality to do bet what will hurt you if lost.

Sounds like you are ready for Congress, or are you a Congress-person already? Grin

There is something I understand lately about gambling, for something to take control over you or you being subjugated over a thing is solely required concentration and attention. Therefore, if you are a gambler and you pays less attention to it there is no time it would ruined your life even getting to level of becoming an addict. I have some friends who do gamble and smoke but they don't allow all their thinking and concentration being channelled to those things rather developing a serious attention to their work, they knew what they were doing.

In summary, as a youth or a young teenager always lessing your thinking on what you know that is not helpful to human living.

Gambling has done more harm to our youths than good, Ok to an extent I will say it's true but it comes down to my own opinion, but if our youths will adhere to the terms and conditions of all betting companies by betting responsibly, say no to underage Betting and dont allow greed to take the better part of you whenever you are betting.

I think gambling is good for youths. It teaches them about risk and about the pitfalls of greed. Of course, there are those who might suffer from addiction and they should not gamble.

If you bet in greed you might end up loosing all your money, but if you bet wisely even if it's a small amount you win it's a plus to , so betting responsibly is what every bettorust adhere to to avoid the harmful side of Gamble.

There is no such thing as "betting wisely". Casinos are designed to take your money, no matter how responsible you are. Gambling should be considered as expensive entertainment and nothing else.

Ok that's for casinos but what about sports betting even inside the entertainment you are loosing money, who looses money as entertainment,
Maybe if we are talking about the entertainment of casinos we should just consider the money we are staking as lost money and with no intention of winning the casino, no matter we involve the entertainment side of it, the looser will still get mad and angry when he looses his money.

Indeed, gambling has done more harm to our youth. In every gambling, there are rules and regulations guiding the play. But our youth tend to break the rules and gamble irresponsibly. In most cases, underage boys and girls engage themselves in gambling. I have seen cases where most students use their school fees to gamble, and some businessmen use their capital to gamble, which has caused their businesses to collapse. Some married men starve their families because of gambling. Gambling have done so much harm than good.

Parents should take out a big annuity in the name of their gambling kid, so he always has money to gamble with.

Well, like drinking and smoking, gambling is a vice and I certainly do not think it fits the youth. As much as I do not think children should be drinking alcohol, smoking, or gambling. There are serious consequences when one has a gambling addiction.
I’m pretty sure that there are studies out there with negative effects. Perhaps, if there are studies that are made with positive effects, gambling can be done in moderation. Well that is just being optimistic and perhaps parents can monitor and set boundaries to show how gambling can be done in moderation.
We were all young once, there is this game monopoly that is somehow that shows moderation in gambling at a young age, eight and up. That’s something we all can all ponder.

Gambling is so powerful that it can get u addicted and being addicted to it is what really kills our youths because they don't know when to stop, most of them Gamble and empty their account and even go as far as collecting loans with interest from the same shops using their phones and laptops as collateral,
If they don't pay the money on time they might end up selling that phone or laptop just to recover their money, Gamble would have been a better option if we the youths Gambled responsibly.  And not use our life savings to gamble and remain stranded when we don't eat.

I'd rather get rekt during my youth and not when I have a stable life as a parent. So if you're young, it's time to make mistakes, go broke (but don't get into debt), and learn many life lessons. If you happen to be a problem gambler, you still have plenty of time to change. Shits do harm to our younger self, but it makes us stronger and wiser. It really depends on your perspective whether or not exposure to "dark things": gambling, cigarette, and alcohol are good when we were young. I've seen people with no exposure until their death, I've seen people get late exposure and it ruins their life, and I've seen people with early exposure who can recover. Therefore another perspective, gambling does more harm to middle age+ people.
