Self control is one of the most problem in gambling they really don't know how they are going to play without advices or without experience since we are having a problem in gambling why don't "US" set a goal an aim in every gamble or every time we played like what others do always withdraw when you make profit stop playing when you lose.
It will go back to lack of self control, you said already that why don't we set our aim where actually we do set our aim in gambling but the lack of self discipline will me us decide not to follow it. The best option for you is don't visit this forum and any gambling sites for some time and spend your free time with your family and friends. If possible try to involve more in outdoor activities and keep yourself busy then slowly you will forget gambling.

Of course we do, I too experienced losing money, but I never came to the point that I lose control or get addicted to gambling. There is no suggestions which would change yours ways,either you are getting your tokens or coins for free and so is the reason you are spending it gambling and how about the money you are earning with your real job and if you still have a problem you can consult a doctor about it.

If you are not getting good benefit with gambling your giveaways then you should really stop it and if your words are not being followed by you.
