i agree that gambling is addictive especially if you have a couple of good experiences in the beginning. but overall it is not a sickness, you can't say everybody who gambles is an addict and harming himself with it. many of us are just playing for fun, just like spending money on a game online.

If your lossing most of the time and you cant still stop in gambling despite of many/big losses. As well as if you gamble the money, the money that you should use in important thing for sure thats one sign one sign of sickness. Treating the gambling is more important to you than other important things.

Mostly those who says that gambling is sickness are those bitter people who fail in gambling and don't get over it.. But most of the experienced gamblers, gambling is not sickness, as long as it haven't been your major business the whole day, and as long as it doesn't affect your real life...

Problem gambling is sickness but it is impossible to shut down gambling as it generates profit for the owners and I don't think the government will lose a piece of the pie because of that. The best choice would to be learn about problem gambling and prevent that from happening to you.

Gamlbing is fun to do. Sickness is not fun so that is not good. Gambling is just not good to do it and it gives you only fun and that is all.
I hope later that more people will realize that gambling is very bad to do. And that they must stop it.

I think you can consider it as a sickness for sure because a lot of people are addicted to gambling, they are really sick and will lose everything, like all other addicted people, drug/alcohol addictions.

I think it can be for sure because a lot of people get addicted because of it, they are like drugs addicts in my eyes.
