But if you mean play with carefully then there is no way to be win and obviously must have to be lpser today or tokorrow even if you play with carefully. We should play for mental refreshment only with a small portoon of fund for which we may not suffer anything.

You said it right, that temptation that keeps you pushing forward to play from time to time that needs you to have an extra care, if you can control that emotion and you can manage limitation that you put in before engaging, things that gamblers most of the time losses when they already engage too much with gambling participation.
