On several occasions, a friend has complained that he often sees games he didn't include in his multi-bet slip. And those bets are of games that obviously will fail which then renders his ticket useless.

I ask, has someone else noticed this same thing, as he said he has noticed in two different betting sites. I want to know if its a global practice to expect or a thing with the betting company or that the both betting sites were a coincidence.

Remember, he has series of wins that has been repeated for a long time and he has made serious profit from both platforms without betting with up to 3% of what he has won in total.
I've only heard about these type of situations online but I've never witnessed anything like that in my years of gambling or even seen someone it's happened to, but with the way you say it, it sounds more like a potential scam.
Have you ever considered the fact that maybe it's your friend's betting account that's been compromised and maybe someone else has gained access to the account and is the one placing those bets on the account. Or maybe it could also be caused by technical malfunctions in the site that has given rise to the situation.

Your friend should try changing his password, just incase the account was actually compromised, or he could report the situation to the site's customer service providers to know what's really happening, if it's a default from their end. Or still, he could abandon the account and create another account.
Or is it the work of that platform? Let's say the account is secured, the password is safe, and the account is not compromised or can be accessed by anyone. Then the only cause is the platform itself; maybe they didn't intend to do that, more like a big or a glitch in the system. So if you have experienced this kind of stuff, then better report it to your customer service on the platform itself. If they acknowledge the situation or issue, then that's a good thing because they may be acknowledging the fact that their system might have a bug or glitch, but if not, then better be wary because it only means that the customer service didn't care and was irresponsible or that they intended to do those kinds of things to their customers. Well, it's a common thing in that industry, so it's up to you how you will secure your account and assets and how you will choose the best and most secure platform.

This incident do happens in located casinos, I have heard few complains like what OP is talking about, but when this keeps happening over and over, can we keep saying it's same mistakes? Or was it all intentional? I may never know because I gamble by self online, I do the booking.

If you want to avoid this you should consider a online casino instead, I do believe that this can only happen offline, tell your friend to avoid the location and find a better casino, the attendant is either not knowing what he is doing, and should be replaced or he is intentionally ruining people's games.

Apart from this, I don't find offline casinos to be a safe experience, in my own country at least, since we are not in Las Vegas, I choose peace over headaches like this one, that's why online casinos have less issues than casinos that are located somewhere.

When making your game selection, other games you did not select may pop up and that is why you need to review the slip before you submit for printing, check and go through the games you put in and if there's nothing to correct about it then you're fine and good to go ahead in confirming for submission, i don't think any reputable gambling platform will go to that extent of inserting games you did not play on your bet just to ruin it, the one i often see happen in this regards are with those that make use of the casino house, right in their presence they will manipulate their games and instead of them to cross check before approval, they will work by assumption that their games selection is intact, just to discover that one other game was slotted at their unaware.

This is not the first time I have heard this kind of story from a few people in my country, although in their own cases, it was not the casino's fault; the error was from the casino's attendant who helped the gamblers enter their booked games.

For example, what happened was that the man booked the games he wanted to play, and after he finished booking the games, he went to a casino shop and told the attendant the games he wanted to stake in, but the attendant mistakenly added the games that the gambler didn't choose. That's the only case in which I have seen such errors. Apart from that, I have been gambling in an online casino for many years now, and I have not experienced this kind of incident. Even at a physical casino, I have not experienced such a situation, but I know that errors are likely to occur at physical casinos because humans are the ones working there, and no one is bound not to make a mistake.

OP, you are not specific if this incident happened at an online casino or a physical casino shop; if the incident actually took place at an online casino, that's a situation I have not heard about or even experienced, or it could even be an error from the gambler.

It never happened to me in many reputable casinos I have played to see in parlay tickets games that I have not chosen to put in there. There must be a coincidence with what happened with your friend because if it is not then it means there is something very wrong with the casinos and betting platforms where your friend is playing. For me it does not mean anything how much you win in a reputable casino.

Hmm, a bit curious about that.
I just wish OP could provide some proof from his friend because they will be difficult to spot if ever they are real. I use two sports bookies and they are most of the time different even when it comes to the odds.
Global sports games are unpredictable so locating those who will fail seems to be impossible. I mean, in 10 games or 10 events has he seen it like 8/10 to happen?
If he knows that those games will fail then why not just bet for the failing ticket? That may amplify the parlay odds if he knew what the results of the game would be. And yet he didn't? If he knew what the results would be then I think it would be more profitable for him. He knows it will fail then I bet he knows what team or player will win.

I have never heard of such a thing happening to anyone and I personally have never experienced such an event. But if you ask me, I would say that sounds like a bug that should not have happened. Either a bug or the person is playing on some unknown, shady, scam casino. In which case, that becomes understandable. You should always watch out when you decide to try out new casinos. Always do your research.

If it is indeed a bug, then the gambler needs to screenshot evidence and send it to customer support so he can get his money back, and perhaps even claim his winnings that he normally should have gotten.

From the reviews in here, I will most likely not have to mention the names of those platform as I don't have proof. Firstly, It is not me but a friend based in but isn't from Dubai.

I'll ask him to take a video of before, during and after, next time he intends to place a bet, let me know if its actually a mistake from his part or from the platform.

For now, I'll want to conclude it as an error until facts are presented.

Thanks for the contribution

I have once noticed this in a local betting site but I felt it was my mistake maybe I wasn't seeing clearly and I mistakingly hit the wrong match but since someone else has such experience its obviously not my fought last time. Although I initially took the predicted matches to a local sport betting shop to stake the game and at the end I had one extra game that messed the whole prediction may it was the person who stake it for me (sales representative) or something.

the best thing to do is to change a betting site that covers his requirements in betting. there are lots of site to use maybe he could find the one that is more reliable.

There are other reputable site you can reference your friend to start gambling with such as BC.Game, stake.com or duelbits although every site has their problems but not by starting to manipulate bettors games where they could start losing after seeing they are making more profits from their gambling site. Then lastly also ask your friend to carefully review his game before staking them finally, otherwise he wouldn't know when his hand may have mistakenly selected those game he claims the gambling site did include in his betslip. So whenever you finished selecting your games and reviewed them again before finally hitting the proceed option it will saved him more time than always thinking is from the gambling site although at this point I can't judge who is at fault because I wasn't there when your friend were staking his games.

I am sure it's one of those local online betting websites, correct me if I am wrong, but honestly why is he still using such platform to place his bets? That's not a reliable online casino, he should stop using the platform already.

And since you yourself is a member of this forum, why not introduce him to few reliable casinos on this forum? It's very easy to avoid cheats from online casinos this days, just abandon them for a better one.

I know a brother who is into sports bets and he use local platform online to place his bets, he have never encounter something like this before, and he have been using few platforms since 2019 and till now this claim of yours is surprising, it shows that the platform is operated by scammers pretending to be truthful with their customers.

Perhaps miss-click or shit casino.

Unless you don't have any prof before and after, the vouch claim really has low trust. During add bet slip and betting, you need to have several act and before placing the bet must make sure the match are correct.

The only positive answer, your friend could be miss click on the other match.

My guess is that your friend is either playing with low reputation platforms repeatedly or is unfamiliar with multi bets and is making simple mistakes when placing them.

I have never encountered any issues like this and the replies shows that is the majority of people. This is not worth it at all for a gambling website which can use other subtle ways to rip you off your money.

I have never heard something like this. Normally physical shop allow to void a bet for free after some minutes hence they allow some time because a bet should be pay (gambler can check their bet slip).
Of course this is a scam, even a stupid scam, since it can be easily highlighted ...

It could be an error or glitch in the betting platform system. It's quite concerning because it happened on multiple occasions and different sites, so it's hard to determine if it's a widespread issue or only on those platforms. It's understandable that he is concern with the potential losses due to errors. It would be best to contact the site's support and report the issue so they can resolve it immediately.
I do not think it is an error but the mistake is from the person's friend. The error has not happened to him before and also I have not seen this before and people on this forum said they have not seen it before. If you stake many matches, you supposed to go through the matches that you staked, making sure that it is correct. His friend has nothing to say and I do not think a reputable gambling site will do something like that which can make customers to leave a betting site for a better one.

You could have made known to us the betting site so some of us will beware of them while going about with our gambling business. Anyway, I have experience such change in my bet slip but that was when I played in an on-land shop and it happened that the fault was from the cashier who by mistake changed a letter in my booking code and that automatically changed my games when the bet slip was printed out to me. I had to reprint it again but with the correct code.

However, if it's online from the betting site and it's a recurrent matter then it's obvious the bet site are just being crooked and unethical, and I think your friend should make use of an entirely new betting site as the one he's using has proven to be scandalous with their service.

I never experienced this one, there's a chance your friends forget how many matches they bets.

If your friends didn't take a screenshot or video to compare with the new ones, no one will believe it because the casino definitely shady for doing that.

It's better to let know people what the casino your friends used, so other people can stay away to gamble on there.

Really? I have no idea this is happening. If I'm the one adding those bets, I'm pretty sure I know them all and added them.
Double-check bets all the time, maybe he misread those matches. It could be that he added too much. 2 or 3 bets I think will somehow ensure his parlay. He may just win more than betting more than 5 in his multibets.

He can always complain if this is the case. Tell your friend to take a screenshot first because I doubt the betting sites will do this.
