I have sign up at jetwin.ps to claim the free sign up bonus and eventually I have fulfilled or completed the rollover requirements, in my current balance I have earn .2 BTC more or less but the verification takes to long for my account to be active, until now I was not able to take my rewards. Not all casinos gives sign up bonus/no deposit bonus, this kind of bonus is just like a promotion tools that be used to introduce their site. Of course it is not 100% free money because, as you said we need to wager xx times before we can withdraw it, mostly we will lose all the bonus before we meet the rollover. There is currently no site which can afford to let you make withdraw the bonus at signup without reaching the minimum wagering requirement.It is to clear that giveaways are totally different thing.Few satoshis or alt coins which are valueless still are available for such signup offers but then too you need to play to qualify for withdraw.

I have already completed the roll over requirement of 1,080 mbtc and still have an available balance of 200 mbtc, I am gonna cash out soon. I have already submitted my ID's but they require me a bank statement with my address reflected on in, so I would have to get it no matter what, this is free money and I hope I will be successful. There are quite a few but you have to wage the bonus so many times its almost impossible.
