That's not exact reason, although if you use altcoin and you got a big win, you can still convert altcoin to bitcoin easily.

Maybe he mean about the bet sizes between bitcoin and altcoins. Some people do really prefer on playing bitcoin because once they profit big amounts it is already fixed unlike on playing altcoin that you would still need to convert it first before you would able to feel your profits but still this thing do really depend on gamblers preference because some do use altcoin because they do love the transfer times.

I prefer to use dogecoin, because dogecoin has low fees and fast transaction. But not many gambling sites accept altcoin and if so I will use bitcoin to play gambling on those sites that have not received altcoin, since most gambling sites that accept cryptocurrency will only use bitcoin.

The more choices to gamble the more people will be attracted to play as in this crypto world not all people are just bitcoin lovers, altcoins are getting into the picture as well, it will be beneficial for both the gamblers and the operators as it brings more fun to gamblers and profit to operators.

more and more gambling site also creates their own token most of them gives dividends for sure after they create token they will also
open alts being use to their site and its amazing to see more gamblers to adopt alts as also the basis of their bets.

to me i personally never play gambling with alt. in fact i only play with bitcoin. bitcoin is the currency and it make me confuse when i decide to play with some other currency. i think 99% people may be also playing gambling with bitcoin and very few people may play it with altcoin.

Big players might not care about few dollars in fee, they will keep playing with bitcoin even if they have to pay more than 10$ for a single bitcoin deposit in fee so that they can play as soon as possible. Also most of the gambling platform instantly credit deposits if transaction have enough fee included.

I have played few dice games with ethereum before but mostly I love to play with just bitcoin.

Actually dogecoin is quite stable. So far, it is around 30-60 satoshi. It is actually a coin with no purpose but the good thing is that the price is more stable. There wont be much pump and dump action and there is still a certain demand for the coin.

I think it will be a good idea to use Doge as a casino coin or gambling coin. It will increase the demand for the coin and the stability of Doge is great compared to other altcoins. There are some anonymous coins which are preferable but I dont mind using BTC or other altcoins.

I always go for bitcoin when gambling because there's not a lot of sportsbook out here that accepts or use altcoin and i'm not familiar with the concept of other coins. If bitcoin is not an option for the poll because of what will happen today my alternative option would be litecoin because I know a couple sportsbook that accepts litecoin.
